Next Level Building and Remodel

The work was completed to complete satisfaction and even went beyond expectations in terms of service and deliverables. I had Mel replace an existing door in a non standard size doorway. I have other projects and thought this would be a good way to get to know Mel and the work I could expect. What I can say from what I learned is that Mel is very much a seasoned craftsman as demonstrated by his solid work and attention to detail. He is also timely, responsive, and trust worthy which are all things I look for in a contractor. I plan to use Mel for my next project and would highly recommend him to someone who is looking for these characteristics in a contractor. My only hesitation in writing this review is that he may become too busy and then I might have to wait for him, but in all honesty I would be happy to wait.

Great! A very honest contractor!

We were very satisfied with the work performed. The owner was a great communicator and kept us up to speed with progress reports and work schedules. The crew was professional and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. There were no "surprises" or inflated costs. We would trust them to work for us again, without any reservations, and happily recommended them to our friends and family.

It was a pleasure to work with Mel and his crew. They stayed within the budget and completed the job on time. The quality of their work was excellent and I would hire them again for a new project.

Two large roofing replacement projects completed. Both roofing jobs were complex and were performed with excellence. Significant remodeling of a historical building included demolition, general reconstruction / remodeling, custom carpentry, drywall and painting. It was perfect. Mel and his crew did an excellent job, and their work is exceptional. Very professional and efficient, Mel went over everything they were doing as the work progressed. Very trustworthy contractor and reasonable pricing. I would hire him again to do any work on our home.

Mel did a great job! He rebuilt the roof on our barn, including new rafters and roof. I'm very happy.

Project was completed in several days ,good workmanship,curtious,minimal disruption,cleaned up a d removed all debris.

Mel completely remodeled our farmhouse from top to bottom, including all of the plumbing, electrical, flooring, insulation, drywall, windows, doors, HVAC and exterior siding. Extensive repairs were needed to the framing and the floors had to be leveled. A portion of the roof had to be completely removed and replaced. We chose to add a bathroom as well. Mel was able to accommodate the changes we asked for during construction without any problems and the finished product exceeded our expectations. What started as a house that many people would have torn down is now like a brand new home again. They honored their original price estimate despite changes to the scope of work, which is extremely rare. I highly recommend Next Level Building and Remodel, you won't be disappointed.

Still loving our beautiful, new kitchen, 3 years later. Trustworthy and done in a timely fashion. Was just Mel and 1 other employee on the job and we preferred that. Like to know the owner of the business is on site daily overseeing the project.

Contractor was professional and easy to work with. He did everything I asked him to do and I ended up with my dream kitchen. The kitchen area was cleaned up every day when they were done working and I was still able to use the sink and appliances at the end of the day. I highly recommend his services.
