Beware, Cederic does shoddy work and he created a code violation and fire hazard. Did not install the TV in line with the electrical code. He used a cheap extension cord hidden behind the wall to bring the power to the TV mounted on the wall. When I learned after the installation that is not the proper or legal way to hide the power cable behind the wall he asked for more money and I said that I was supposed to tell him that at the time of the installation. So it turns out I was supposed to tell him how to install the TV in a legal way that is in line with the electrical code. He does not have a business address, his address is a PO Box. Stay away, this guy will waste your money, time and will lie to you.

Cederick is very knowledgeable and did a great job.  Although I had to initially re-schedule at the last minute due to a family emergency, Cederick was understanding and willing to work with me to set-up a new time. He did not try to up-sell any extras but he did tell me how to get better performance from the components by changing the cables. He even brought me a new cable a few days later.  He was very careful and even cleaned my TV and components. I would highly recommend him. <br />

He knew what he was doing right away. I could see because I was talking to him at the same time while he was performing. He knew exactly what it is. As a matter of fact, he spent a little bit more time fixing things that the previous person who is not on Angie's List did not do.

Cedrick showed up in the middle of a remodel project to pick up the pieces of the previous contractor.  He jumped right in and worked with what the other contractor left and got everything accomplished that we asked him to do and more.  In fact while he was there we walked through the other Media Center needs and purchase some more of his Angie List deals and he is coming back to do the rest of the work needed.  Glad I was able to find him to finish up those things that were just left out there hanging from the previous contractor. <br />

Cedric was awesome!  He answered my first phone call and was able to provide service the next day and was on time for our agreed appointment.   He was very knowledgeable and professional.  He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood what he was doing and how it all worked.  He kept things tidy and organized while switching out boxes and remotes for 3 systems.  He also helped with our computer system and giving us suggestions on how to make our wifi run more effectively.  He was efficient with his time and worth every cent!   <br /> We will definitely use him in the future. <br />

Install went well, arrived on time and began work.  Quickly got the TV installed and helped make sure I had all the correct HDMI and optical audio cables.  Ran all the component cables for the sound-bar and cable in wall and out of sight.  He even helped me  move some of the my furniture around now that is was above the fireplace.  Super friendly and very easy to work with.  The TV looks great.  Would/will use again for future home AV needs. <br />

The guy was good, he was professional. He came out to see what we wanted done. He knows his stuff; he’s an expert from what I can tell. He told me flat out he could do what I wanted but that the wires would be sticking out. He suggested how to mount the TV to hide the wires. Of course it cost more but the upgrade was worth it. We are very happy with it. We are considering having him come back out to do more work.

Cedrick came to my house at the scheduled time. He was very professional. We had trouble with the cable provided box. He called customer service and took care of the problem and than set up the TV and programed everything for me to use. He made a slight adjustment to cabinet so wires did not show. <br /> Most of all he took time to teach me how to use the different functions and not just set up and rush out of here. <br /> Would definitely use this company again. <br /> <br />
