Had Ng Overhead Garage Doors out to do a tune-up and inspection. I love companies like this that are proactive with maintenance on something most people don't think about until it breaks. They let me know it would be beneficial to change my door seal, which they did! Happy with the work and will continue using them.

He was here within 15 min of my phone call, the spring broke and I couldn't get my car out( had a Dr appointment) said he couldn't fix the door that day, but would come back the next day at 10:00, ( he was here before 10)had him replace the door( my choice) no high pressure selling, very polite and efficient, was finished before noon! He cleaned everything up, left nothing behind. Very pleased with this company and would Definitely recommend and use them again. He even got my mail for me, I'm 74 and not too sure footed, I fall when there isn't snow!! Very Pleasant Experience! Thanks NG Overhead Garage Door!! ☺️
