NGT Lawn Care

I provided 15 bags of mulch.  The provider can provide the mulch, but I have been getting it from the local high school lacrosse team.  Provider edged and placed the mulch around the large tree, the large shrub, the front walkway and shrubs along front of house, and also in shrub bed in back yard. <br> <br>This provider also mows our yard during the mowing season to include mowing the leaves during fall (blowing them into the woods behind our house). The mowing is once a week during the height of growing season and every 2 weeks when growing begins to cease.  We have not had to rake one leave in the 2 years we have had this provider mow our grass. <br> <br> <br>

This was my first time using them. It took them less than an hour to complete the job. Sometimes, one person comes out; sometimes, two. My first impression of them was that they were good. The quality of the grass cut made me use them again.

They did a good job. It was a nice, clean cut. They didn't leave any grass residue that I had to rake up. They didn't over mulch. They cut in different directions when they come, which is good.

Have had three mowings from Felipe so far, and all have been excellent. His communication via text messages has also been superb. Happy to recommend NGT!

NGT Lawn Care is a very good lawn service.  They are punctual, professional, and courteous.  If something happens to be overlooked, they'll return to the jobsite and make it right until the customer is satisfied.  We found them to be flexible with our requests and worked with us until we are satisfied. We are very satisfied so far.  Once the snows fall this winter, I look forward to updating this review with impressions on their snow removal service. <br />

<p>I was pleased with the yard cleanup that NGT performed and have kept them on for the regular yard maintenance. (The yard was a bit of a mess since I cancelled the previous service last fall for underperformance and the underperformance had been going on for some time.) The work is done well.</p> <p>All transactions have been casual. If you are looking for more formal business relationships and practices, NGT might not be a service you will be comfortable with. I have not had any serious issues. NGT has been honorable and gets the job done well.</p> <br />

Everything went well.He checked with us to make sure we were satisfied. He's now doing some lawn care for us. We were very pleased.

Mr Tovar is prompt and courteous in which he always notifies you 24 hr in advance to ensure it is ok for him to service lawn. He always does a thorough job ensuring to blow and clean up all debris.  If you desire more frequent mowing than recommended, he will surely accommodate. <br />

NGT had provided weekly lawn care since I was unable to mow due to a surgery.  They were prompt and return my calls if I had a question or a concern. <br />

NGT took care of my front garden beds and mowing. They did a great job with every aspect of the job from hedging to edging. Communication via email was quick and efficient. Work was done with care and yard was left much more clean then when they arrived. Will be doing plenty more business through them.

Arrival was punctual for the estimate. We hired them to start working and the professionalism has continued, they have been doing great work since April. Responds quickly to questions/requests. Very happy with the service and will continue to use them. <br />

<p>NGT was very punctual when he came out to give us an estimate at a reasonable price. We started cutting our grass every 2wks but shortly changed services to every week and he comes on the day that he says he will come and follows up with a phone call or text to confirm that services are done. His punctuality and professionalism impressed me thus far given its been over a month using his services. I love NGT and will definitely keep them permanently given that it is so difficult to find a good landscaping company. We have already recommended him to a couple of our neighbors!
