DO NOT USE NH MASONRY AND CONSTRUCTION NH Masonry and Construction, with Gerry at the helm, does bad business. We have multiple separate contracts with this company, for a variety of projects. Not one single project is complete. They have not finished the stucco of the foundation, failed to raise the porch foundation, created a crooked, unlevel porch, failed to properly secure the porch posts, failed to cut accurate post holes, failed to secure the balusters in a level or secure way, with in being broken already, failed to complete a ceiling repair, failed to repair a chimney, failed to remove massive piles of trash and construction debris. All of these jobs have been paid for, per the agreed upon contract, yet they are all unfinished. Perhaps worse than the unfinished work is the runaround and lack of communication. Gerry allegedly suffered a family loss; we of course gave him time to recover and get back to work. Upon his return he made it clear that we could call or text and he would always answer. We have not received a response from Gerry since last week (6/14/24). We have been asking Gerry, for multiple weeks, to please come our to the house and explain the delay, and allow us to voice our concerns. He has been promising he would come to the home, and would either text he couldn't make.it, or, more frequently, he would simply not show and not respond until we reached out again. And now it is complete radio silence. This businessman will charm you and then take your money, and leave you with shoddy work and piles of trash. We will be filing a complaint with the Department of Justice, Consumer Protection.

I paid $10,000 for a 35-year experienced masonry repoint, repair shoulders/crown, replace damaged bricks, and sealing of my chimney. I was expecting an almost new looking chimney in the end, but what I got is in the pictures. They mortared on top of existing failing/filthy concrete on the shoulders and didn’t even touch the crown beside making it unsightly with light layer of mortar and dripping it down the chimney (the crown you see in the pic is what was already there). They left mortar everywhere mixed and unmixed on my roof, gutters, deck, and yard. Bricks that needed replacing were not. They were to seal both my chimneys; video shows they spent 9 minutes doing it and had no ladders on that 2nd chimney to do so.. Looking back on some video looks like a company based in Mass. that is a demolition company did the work, not sure if related or subbed. Been told he will reach back out to me, but last texts/emails go unanswered. I’m just asking for some money back to have another mason redo the shoulders, crown and cleaning/sealing.

Customers BEWARE! I hired NH Masonry to put in a new garage floor. They quoted me $4500.00 with a thirty year warranty. After three weeks, the floor has multiple cracks in it. My garage floor looks like a shattered windshield. I reached out to NH Masonry, and they kept telling me they would be at my house on a certain day and time. After three no shows and numerous telephone calls, they have not followed through and honored their thirty year warranty. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this masonry company as I feel they have stolen my hard earned money. And I am now in process of legal action.

I hired this company to do my chimney we had leaks and needed a lot of re pointing would definitely recommend them

This masonry company was great we called them about chimney work and they were here the next day to look at and give us a price on the spot. The work was professionally done and we are very happy with the outcome highly recommend.
