If you want a true pro to do a bath remodel, this is your company. The owner, Tom, really knows what he is doing. His cabinets are custom made. The materials he uses are top notch. Takes extra care to do things well. It may take him a while but he and his company is worth it. This is the kind of contractor you want in your house.

Tom and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They took pride in the work that was completed and made sure all work was done properly and to our liking. The whole process was smooth, consistent, and hassle free. We have two new beautiful, updated bathrooms and plan to hire Tom for our mater bath remodel very soon.

Several months ago we decided to remove a very old garden tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. We also had a new vanity top and new fixtures along with a new tile floor. I highly recommend Nicholas Tile & Bath. It was an amazingly smooth process Tom and his crew were great to work with. We had no problems from start to finish. Highly recommend for any tile or bath update.

We called Nicholas Tile and Bath after another contractor we had hired did an awful job installing tile in our shower. The previous contractor was suppose to install a shower door too, but the tile was so bad we didn’t have them back to install the door. Tom came out to give us a quote on just installing the shower door but pointed out to us all the problems with the tile work that had been done. So we hired him to tear out all the previous work and start from scratch. We are so glad we did! Tom and his team did a fantastic job! It looks so much better! Also had them take up linoleum flooring and lay tile. We should’ve gone with him from the beginning. They were pretty punctual with just a couple of exceptions. Very professional! I highly recommend!

Tom and his team did an excellent job. They give extreme attention to detail and doing a perfect job. You may have to wait awhile for your project to start but the wait will be worth it.

Tom and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom upgrade. They removed the old floor and replaced it without creating a mess in our home. They put down drop cloths from the front door to the bathroom. They prepped the subfloor and installed new tile and moldings. When they were done they swept the work area. Excellent care of our home. They installed the toilet, new vanity, mirror, light and towel bars. We would highly recommend Nicholas Tile and Bath for your project. They were always professional and did a great job for us.

I got quotes from three different contractors to do my master bathroom. While they were all relatively in the same ballpark, I just liked Tom better than the other two contractors. He seemed to listen to what I wanted and made suggestions and I just felt more comfortable with him. He tiled the floor and shower in the master bath, replaced vanity, installed a tub surround to match the vanity that I bought, installed lighting, painted, and installed two recessed medicine cabinets. Everything came out beautifully - very happy with it. In the guest bathroom he did tile floor, replaced the vanity, installed "paneling," painted, patched wall, put up a new mirror, and lighting. We were trying to spend as little as possible on our guest bathroom and in the end the cost for renovating this room actually came out under budget. I was happy with the outcome as well as the working relationship. Tom actually answered his phone most of times that I called and if he couldn't answer right away he called back that day. Although he started later than he said he would he called frequently with updates about when he thought they'd begin (prior job ran longer because client kept making changes). Communication and punctuality alone are reasons enough to hire Tom. I have never worked with a contractor who seems to think these things were important. It cut down on my stress level and frustration considerably. His crew was very professional and friendly and left everything clean and tidy each day. They were nice to my kids and dogs and I felt comfortable leaving them in my house alone. I would and have recommended them. So, I guess the only downside to Nicholas Tile & Bath is that they don't do kitchens :-(

Tom's work is absolutely perfect! Everything was done with attention to every detail. The quality of the work shows in every area--the tile layout, the cabinetry the fixtures even the way the edges are finished and the walls painted!Tom uses quality materials and knows just what is going to make clients happy with the finished product. There were so many things I didn't know about but I followed his advice and I couldn't be happier. you might pay more but you can't get a better bathroom.

We are extremely pleased with the remodel. Nicholas Tile and Bath are very professional and thorough. Their estimate covers every detail of the project and their are no surprises. The workers were very courteous and professional and cleaned up and kept the workspace organized and neat. They used our garage for storage at times and were always sure to keep it tidy. The remodel turned out amazing and we love every detail. Tom Nicholas made sure we were satisfied with the work and truly cares about pleasing the customer. Our project involved two steps; gutting and reconfiguring the master bath and a full guest bath- and transforming/utilizing a small bedroom space for increasing the size of our master bath and adding an upstairs laundry room. A detailed proposed budget was provided and discussed before any work was initiated. Emails and texts were answered quickly throughout the project. The work team was very courteous and straightened up the workspace each day. Once the gutting of the rooms and the reconfiguring/rough-in of the spaces were completed, Tom’s team moved in and turned the spaces into our vision. We wanted a causal spa-like feel with a neutral palate. Tile was installed in both bathrooms and the laundry room- flooring in all 3 rooms and tiling in two good-sized showers. Both showers included quartz-topped seats and thresholds which matched the vanity countertops and added a very nice custom touch. A tiled wainscoting was installed around the bathtub in the master bath and a backsplash was added above the sink in the laundry room. The tile work was impeccable!! Custom vanities and mirrors were built to fit the designated spaces- and the quartz countertops turned out beautifully. Tom & Kevin were helpful in the tile, vanity and quartz selections. Tom’s team also painted all the new spaces and installed crown molding in all the rooms which finished the look nicely. Even though we preferred simple lines, there’s no doubt the custom work added refined and lovely touches to our spaces. We highly recommend this company- you will not be disappointed.

Great. Tom and his crew always arrived on time. They do wonderful work and kept the work area clean at end of each day.

Love the finished product. Very high quality craftsmanship. Only “problems” are he springs decisions you have to make on you at the last second so you’re left scrambling to rearrange your schedule to look at tile for example, or granite for example. The other “problem” is that, because he’s good, it can take a loooong time for his schedule to open enough to actually start work on your project. So long as you exhibit patience and can be flexible somewhat in your schedule, you’ll love the finished product.

The repairs and renovation to our master bath took a little longer than we anticipated but the quality of work and the professionalism of the workers was superior. Dust and dirt from the construction that had to take place was constrained to as small an area as possible. Each workday tarps were placed over our hardwood floors, carpeted areas, and furniture to prevent soiling. At the end of each workday Tom's crew took the time to clean up after themselves not only inside the house but also in the garage where tile cutting, mortar mixing, etc. was done. They used only quality materials and guided us through the entire process with professional advice and recommendations about available upgrades. We would definitely use Nicholas Tile and Bath again and we do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Tom did a great job of listening to what I wanted to do in both my master and guest baths and transformed the concept into a beautiful design. Even though I had a good deal of work done, I never felt like my house with constantly under renovation because the crew does such a good job of cleaning up each day. The quality of work is top notch and is much better than you will get from one of the big home improvement contractors. I've recommended Nicholas Tile and Bath to a couple of friends who are delighted with the work as well. Tom also goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I had an odd favor to ask of him that was unrelated to the work he did for me and he was happy to come help me. That type of customer service is exactly why I recommend Nicholas Tile and Bath.

We selected Nicholas Tile and Bath based upon their suggestions, a very detailed quotation and their reputation found on Angie's List. Once work began, it was non-stop activity. They gutted the rooms, Installed heated tile floor, custom shower, custom cabinet and bench with quartz tops and enamel sinks, new lighting and ceiling fans. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. Phone calls and texts were responded to immediately. We could not be more pleased with the finished product.

We had to wait several months for our project to begin just because Tom had so many other projects on his schedule. It was well worth the wait. We are extremely pleased with the final product. Tom is meticulous with his work, going so far as to have his crew remove and redo tilework to his liking. To our untrained eye, we probably would never have known the difference.

It was quite an involved and messy process. Tom arrived with two of his employees and explained what had to be done. The tiles had to be removed and then the concrete curb had to be trimmed down with some sort of saw to create the pitch. It was a very messy job, creating dust that went everywhere. (Unfortunately, our bathroom doesn't have a window.) Except for a lunch break, the men were there all day. They applied grout and told us to let it dry for a few days. Then Tom returned to apply a sealant which also needed a day or two to dry. Bottom line: Tom and his crew did a great job and water no longer flows under the shower door onto the carpet.

Tom and crew are meticulous, pleasant, neat, and accommodating. He has assembled a team of experts for each aspect of the remodel. Attention to detail is ongoing. He provided a list of places we could visit to choose our tile and granite and he took care of the rest. As issues or changes that we hadn't anticipated arose, Tom was flexible with addressing them and providing solutions. It was obvious that he and his crew wanted a happy customer. I couldn't be happier with the outcome - great value for the price!

Tom's crew is both friendly and skilled. They were a pleasure to work with. In fact, we were so happy with the results, we hired them once again to remodel a second bathroom. And they did not disappoint! Thanks, Tom and crew!

It went very well! I called Tom and explained to him what needed to be done. He came to our house, explained the installation process, and took measurements. He also looked at a tile sample we had and gave a recommendation on a grout color. Tom emailed the quote to us and we gave him the go ahead. We had 2"x4" individual tiles installed and there were A LOT of them. Josh and Branden did an excellent job throughout. They were careful to cover the floor and counter tops to make sure nothing would be damaged. They arrived on time and worked diligently. They were very skilled in getting the tiles to line up evenly and did the same with the grout. They cleaned up very well before leaving. Finally, the tile was sealed and caulked. We are very pleased with Nicholas Tile and Bath and would recommend them to all.
