I was pleased with this. They just sealed the driveway. I would hire them again. I worked closely with the owner of the company and I was very happy with them. When they were here, my neighbor came over and got his done while they were still here.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did a good job and we are happy with the asphalt sealant they did. They were very professional and helpful. They were very respective and easy to talk to. I had a good time working with them. We did spend a little more because they had a square foot limitation and we were over it. They were upfront about it.

Did a great job. Came the first time and explained that we had not adequately prepared, and explained what needed to be done.Came back and did a great job, spending time to make sure that he got it right. Would definitely recommend.

I needed additional work as well.  Nichols came out gave me an estimate, did the work, and sealed the driveway.  My experience was very positive. I would recommend Nichols and use them again.

I spoke with the provider and they were swamped with requests.  He was very polite and even said that if we had trouble getting a refund from Angie's List to let him know and he would refund it.

Very professionally done. Very durable substance used and very carefully controlled. We are happy with the job. They didn't even charge for the extra filling of damage in the pavement of driveway. <br />

The experience was very good. There were additional charges because my driveway was larger than what the offer encountered. He was very prompt and he was very honest. When I told him I really don't know the size of my driveway, he said it sounded like it is going to cost more, so he already cautioned me. But I thought it was a reasonable addition.

They didn’t I had some minor cracks in the driveway that they knew about ahead of time and said they would fill them in. They really didn’t fill them in. The filling was so thin and it was the worst seal I have ever seen. They did arrive on time for the work. I would not use them again.

Everything went really well. He did an excellent job.

Nichols was a little tardy in contacting us. However, he apologized and explained that he had been deluged with with work. Once we met to go over the project, he was very professional. He identified the date and time for the service, and arrived on time. He did a first class job. I will certainly call Nichols for future work and recommend him without reservation. <br />

They were very good at what they did.  They painted it on.

Mr. Nichols came during the early summer and inspected and measured our driveway suggesting a few area that needed patching before sealing then recommending that we wait to do the work until the air temperatures were consistently hotter (80s-90s) so that the sealant would dry faster and allow us to walk on the driveway sooner. He said he'd be back sometime later in the summer and true to his word, he called one evening in July  and said he'd be there the next day to do the work if it would be convenient for us. He showed up on time with 2 helpers, some hot tar and a trailer tank full of sealant, I gave them a few bottles of cool water - because it was indeed hot as Hades that day; about three hours later, he knocked on the door, said he was done and asked if I wanted to inspect the job  and give him a check or would I prefer to wait for my husband to come home and inspect it before paying him - he even offered to come by the house the next day to pick up a check if I preferred the latter. I inspected the work, found it flawless and paid him promptly. All in all, we were very pleased with his work and his work ethic. Our neighbors were also impressed with his work and we were able to give him several referrals from our neighborhood.  <br /> <br />

Nichols had offered an Angie's List Big Deal, but I missed the time frame.  I hired them anyway. <br /> I do not know if the $600 I paid was a good price or not, but my drive is quite large (2900 square feet); they sealed the black portion, about 1600 square feet. <br /> Part of the drive is "stamped and colorized" and my biggest concern was that <br /> the coal tar not cover the colored portion; they were careful to meet <br /> this requirement. <br />

The overall experience was very good.  We bought an Angie's list deal during the summer and Mr. Nichols was extremely busy.  He couldn't get to before the coupon expired, but honored it well after it expired.  He was very pleasant to deal with and delivered what he promised. <br /> It seemed as though the price was a little high, however we did not get other bids and we have never had a driveway sealed before so I don't really have reference point for the price.  In every other way the experience was fine. <br />

A good job, though I had to ask them to also seal a slight border, banked to stop the lawn from encroaching, that had been sealed before.  I would have thought they would have  resealed everything that had previously been sealed. <br />

I called and the business returned my call very promptly. We scheduled the service date and they came out within a week. They explained the procedure and proceeded to seal the driveway. They did an excellent job. <br />

It took awhile to hear from the company.  Was eventually told they were overwhelmed with work and would have to delay a few weeks, which was fine with me.  They later contacted me and scheduled an appointment and arrived as scheduled.  The company was very easy to work with but the work result was mediocre. <br />

Mr. Nichols did a great job and was very helpful with scheduling because I had a cancer patient in treatment.  We needed to work things around so that our resident cancer patient did not need to attempt to climb a hill he could not have gone up! <br />
