Super shady contractor. My adult daughter and son in law were home for the service call (to snake tree roots/ routine maintenance). I was quoted $225. He called me during the service call to say that I had a break in my line at 14? and he couldn?t snake it for that reason. He told me he had to hook up the hydrojet to discover this. I immediately filed a homeowners insurance claim and had another company out to estimate the repair. THERE WAS NO BREAK. the other company was able to clear my drain all the way to the city line. JET MASTERS charged me for doing absolutely nothing and created so much unnecessary stress. And on top of it? the day of he told me he could only accept Cash or Cashapp? then tried to charge my daughter a higher price than quoted. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
