Nicole and Nick did a fine job of representing us in the sale of our house and in helping with getting the place ready to show. We moved out of the house before the house went on sale, so there was a lot that needed doing after we left. Nick arranged for cleaners and trash haulers and hauling items to Goodwill after we left town for another state, which took away a lot of our anxieties and made for a smooth sale. The negotiations took place on the phone and internet, and Nick and Nicole gave us all the information we requested. We were really pleased with their professionalism and hard work. So, within 24 hours of listing our house, we had 2 offers, accepted one 24 hours later and we closed on the house 1 month later. Nicole and Nick are great! Our California home sold much more quickly than we anticipated, and she was able to put together a tour of homes with a week's notice tailored to our specifications, and on a holiday too! She is flexible, responsive and really knows the market and the neighborhoods. Her team went above and beyond to help us close on time even though we will not return to Tucson until early October, including a final walkthrough via Facetime on the iPad.
