Christian did a great job on our addition. On budget, on time, and quality workmanship. He removed our existing screened porch and added a den and half bath in its place. Christian listened to our needs and built exactly to our specifications. He is great at communicating the ongoing progress of the job and let us know the progress every step of the way.

Christian was extremely responsive and a great communicator from the start. We felt the quality of work matched the value. He completed a 200 sq ft sunroom addition for us. Disappointing Experience with NightHawk Remodeling – Proceed with Caution I contracted NightHawk Remodeling in May 2025 for a $48,000 home addition project. From the very beginning, I made it clear that the new entry door needed to be placed in the corner of the new room to avoid encroaching on my existing closet. I also provided the full structural and truss plans up front, which were reviewed in person by their team. Initially, I was told that the layout I requested was feasible, which gave me confidence to move forward and pay the initial $7,200 deposit. However, after several weeks of delay, limited communication, and a surprise site visit from their drafter, I was informed that the door placement would not be possible without moving it more than two feet from the wall due to structural concerns. This change resulted in a revised plan that eliminated over half of my existing closet, a major deviation from what was agreed upon. When I asked why this constraint wasn’t identified earlier—especially given that all building plans were shared from Day 1—I received no clear answer. The response lacked accountability, and the project management felt disorganized throughout. Ultimately, I decided to terminate the project, citing NightHawk’s failure to deliver on a design that matched our initial agreement. They are currently withholding $2,165.97 ($1200 for consulting and 965.97 for drafting) of my deposit, citing blueprint and consultation fees—even though the blueprint delivered is fundamentally misaligned with what was promised and caused unnecessary disruption to the project. On July 10, 2025, I submitted a formal notice of dispute, requesting a refund of $7,150 (after deducting a valid $50 check fee). If this is not resolved, I will be pursuing binding arbitration, per the terms of the contract. This experience has been costly, stressful, and disappointing. Based on how my project was handled, I would urge others to think carefully and seek better transparency and planning discipline before committing to a major project with NightHawk Remodeling.

If I could give zero stars I would! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with Christan/Nighthawk!!! We had a 3 phase home addition that was to be done in 6 months. It took 11 months and he only made it thru phase 2. He took our money then proceeded to only show up once a week for most of the project!! He left our roof off - exposing our home to extensive damage that he ignored - for 3 MONTHS!!!! He claimed we were a priority project to him and yet never showed up. And to add insult to injury the work he did was AWFUL! Framing was left exposed to the elements so long it grew mold (that we had to treat on our own dime) and the inside framing was so wrong that we had to rip it down and fix on our own. Beware of a sheep in wolfs clothing. Christian talks a good game and you'll believe he is a good guy/business man but he did us sooooo wrong!!! All I can say is do not make the same mistake we did - go with someone else!!!!

Great. From the beginning, Christian has been patient, and communicates well. He answered all of my questions before and made sure I understood everything. He listened to what my needs and wants were.Overall great guy.

We recently completed an attached 2 car garage with finished space above, a large undertaking, and hired Christian with Nighthawk construction. My husband and I Couldn’t be happier with the results. His communication was top notch, always responding to our calls and texts quickly and keeping us in the loop and up to date with plans and progress. He was knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. He was able to troubleshoot effectively and helped us navigate the home renovation process. We really enjoyed working with him and are thrilled with the final results. The addition looks fantastic and he was able to do it all within our budget. We have recommended him to everyone and won’t hesitate to use him for any future projects.
