Nikic Construction builds custom homes, spec and investment properties, coastal rebuilds, and pools across the Pinellas County beaches, South Tampa, and Davis Island. Commercial construction and tenant build-out as well. Owner Sasa Nikic worked the trades for twelve years — tile, framing, concrete, block, drywall — then earned a civil engineering degree with a structural concentration and spent three years running DOT bridge reconstruction across six states. Most builders have the field experience or the engineering. The combination is what lets him read structural drawings and catch what won't hold before anything is poured. On coastal lots the hardest decisions come first: flood elevation, foundation design, load paths. Sasa prices your build himself and he is the one on site while it goes up — one point of contact from first conversation to handover. Twelve Nikic-built properties came through Hurricanes Helene and Milton in 2024 with no structural damage.
