I originally rated this company 5 Stars, but the services performed over a short period of time began to fail. Several tiles began to pop-up. I contacted the contractor to come out to fix three tiles, he fixed 1 correctly. The others are now uneven. I found a 4th tile that is coming up in the kitchen. Call to say he was on his way over 3 weeks ago. I have tried to reach out via text several times, but no response. I also explained to the contractor that the multi socket power supply that was in my kitchen disappeared when on the day he finished the job and that I had to purchase a new one. He denied everything. Purchasers beware.
