The two men who came to my home to replace my water heater were extremely courteous. Nick and Dylan explained all of my options to either replace or repair my unit. They performed their job with extreme proficiency and speed. The quick response from N&J Plumbing made it possible to have my hot water back within 10 hours. Can't speak highly enough of Nick and his team. My water heater failed and needed to be replaced, and Nick promptly called me to find out the issue and walked me through my options. He had a team out to my condo the next day to remove and install a new water heater. They were friendly, worked quickly and explained everything thoroughly to me. Overall price was in line with what I was expecting.

AWFUL. I purchased a heater at Lowe's and was contacted by 1800heaters to schedule installation and removal. N & J Plumbing LLC.was the subcontractor for the job. Installation was scheduled for 5/27/2022 around 10 AM. No-one contacted me on that day, after 3 calls to them I was finally contacted at 1:30 for installation between 5PM and 9PM. Rescheduled for 5/31/2022 again never heard from anyone and when they finally came they were poorly equipped with a broken pump,no rags , not even a shop vac. Needless to say I wound up with a flooded cellar and supplied my own shop vac and rags. They could not remove the old hot water heater and said they would contact me the next day about removal, again NO call. I finally called them on 6/8/2022 they'd come on the 15th...NO show NO call. I called them once again they promised to come on 6/20/2022....NO call NO show. Reached out to owner Nick on 7/11/2022 promised removal and offered a $200. gift card to Lowe's. Old heater FINALLY removed but no gift card. I again reached out to Nick...another promise of gift card....Here we are on8/18/2022 and another promise unfulfilled. Absolutely the worst scheduling and communication that I've ever experienced.

not very professional at all. quality of work is terrible. they were not very clean at all. the paint was everywhere. even though they installed a shower, they did not finish it. They installed a vanity but broke one door and were not finished. painting is not done. They left all their tools and never bothered to call or come back for them. They were terminated by the owner of the house because he was not bothering to come back to finish the job.

Great experience. Nick called me over the weekend to understand the problem, he requested to share few pics to ensure the root cause of the problem and provided a quote. He came along with technician to install the water heater and explain me the process and showed couple of basic diagnosis tips. Very professional courteous. Highly recommend to others.
