"When our maids came out there they said that you did a walk through with you. During that walk through of the first clean they asked you if it was perfect and you said yes it was. Now despite you saying that everything was Cleaned when they asked, we then did a Follow up call with you and when we did u said the house was still not cleaned. We then asked you if you would like us to Come back out for a free clean and you said Yes. We then asked you for a Date and Time that works best for you and you told us 3/7/22 at 8:30 am. You then called us and at 8:00 am on the day of the Free Clean and told us that you would like to cancel your Free Cleaning. You even spoke up and said that you would send us Pictures of the House being dirty but you never sent those. Even though you did not send those pictures we where willing to come back out to give you the Free Clean but when we did u called to Cancel. If you told our maids that the House was perfect and you did the walk through with them, then I don't understand why we are getting a 3 Star Overall Rating."

"We are sorry to see that we have a Bad Review considering that we give our Customer 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. On the review you left us it says that we did not clean Window Shutters. The reason those did not get cleaned is that the Package you bought does not include Window Shutters. When we spoke on the phone I went over Exactly what you would receive and window shutters were not one of them. When we spoke over the phone you were fine with the stuff that you would receive. Now as far as the Ceiling Fans goes. The guy that was there told us that He did not want the Ceiling fans done, therefore that is why we did not touch it. As far as the floors go, they were cleaned and mopped. The windowsills were dusted because that was in the package. Everything in that home was cleaned. Now the Toilets and Ceiling Fans were not cleaned because we were told not to Touch Those. So we did what the customer told us to do. Now despite the customer telling us not to clean those items in the home on Friday, we then came back out on the Following Monday, and we cleaned each and every item including the items that we were not supposed to clean. So when Monday came around, we came back out and cleaned everything including those items that we were told not to Clean on Friday. When we left the place on Monday the Maid ask the customer if everything was perfect the way they wanted it, and the customer said Yes! Well if the house was Perfect then I am kind of confused on why we are receiving this Bad Review."
