Bobby and his team arrived on time, with the staffing to accomplish two installations in one day. His team was efficient, polite, skilled and cleaned up after themselves as they went. They came back with the face plate for one fireplace that had been backordered, as soon as it came in. They also made adjustments to the air flow in one to make the flame more realistic.

They did a great job, fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Update as of 5.19.2021: installed ok, fan motor making noise and called to have him come out and check...over two months and nothing...
