Great job with the bath fans, not an easy job for either. switches, outlets and fan light I feel were extremely overpriced. Estimate done at initial day of service, good marketing, it would be more difficult to send them away.

Joe was about as responsive, punctual, professional and forthright as I've ever experienced an electrician to be. We contacted him on a Friday and he was on the job Monday morning. Wrote up everything he'd do and its exact cost, and then gave us a nice deduction at the end when one part of the job turned out to be simpler than he'd expected. The entire generator install took only a few hours (when we'd been warned by another electrician it might take all day and then some). I'd hire him again in an instant. <br />

The service was phenomenal! Joe,one of the owners, went out of his way to work with us related to the timeline of our POS agreement. He coordinated efforts with NSTAR, even re-scheduling to fit their schedule. The two electricians who did the work were excellent and willing to work around a situation where there were people packing to move as they were working for the prospective buyers. Everything was done efficiently and professionally and we were able to move ahead with our purchase on schedule. The owner of Primetime even went to bat for us to try to get NSTAR to waive the fee for moving the wires. I felt like I was working with someone I had known for years vs. a name I pulled from Angie's list. We got an excellent price on the initial work and plan to have Primetime come back to do additional work. I highly recommend this company. <br />

There was a little mix up on the time and Joe took full responsibility fort he mistake and compensated me for my time which was very fair. I was sent a photo of the tech that would be coming to my house. The tech also called prior to his arrival. The tech reviewed the work I was requesting and told me what the price would be. The tech was very professionable, personable, and apologetic for the mix up on the time issue even though it was not his fault. All in all I was very happy with Prime Electric and would use them again. <br />

We just purchased this house built in 1929. Very old and extremely hard to wire. It was difficult finding pathways from the basement to the attic. These electricians worked tirelessly over several days to come up with solutions to the problems they encountered daily and found the least invasive ways they could to get through the walls.They were very professional and arrived when they said they would. They wore booties around the house and cleaned up after themselves. They sent email pictures of who was going to arrive that day just so I would feel safe. Overall, I was very impressed with them and their work considering the scope and difficulty of the job. I would use them again and I would certainly recommend them to all of my friends.

I was very impressed by their professionalism. They immediately put on shoe covers each time they came into the house. They were patient as I walked them through the house and explained my "wish list:" of everything that could be done, and reacted with patience and understanding when I decided to actually do less than half of the items on my (very long) list. The day they came was over 90 degrees out, and my house does not have a/c and the oven was on all day. Neither of the men complained at all, and worked cheerfully despite the awful heat. They are coming back next week to finish up some of the items, and so far I am very happy with the work that was completed. I would recommend them.

<strong>Excellent,</strong> on time, no mess anywhere when he was done and it was not an easy job. Installer had to cut the ceiling because the old fans were not made any longer. <br /> Then up into the attic he went to do the wiring on a 90 degree day. Here, to me is a big one, I felt that I could have given Ryan a key to the house and said lock the door when you are done and leave the key on the kitchen table, just had that much trust in him, and believe me I have been around the block, done it all and seen it all. <br />

Lou (the electrician) was excellent. He went over all the work that was going to be done and everything was itemized in case it was out of my budget. Once we agreed on the price quote, he was on his way and performed all of the tasks quickly, quietly and extremely efficiently. <br /> If I need electrical work done again I will use PrimeTime Electric based on their service, quality of work and the added bonus of them being a company in my town.

This company is very professional. They were on time, courteous and helpful. <br /> They are great communicators to the point where they send you an email with the picture of the electrician doing the work so there is no doubt about who shows up at your door. <br /> Don?t you hate it when tradesmen come into your house with muddy shoes? Well these guys put on shoe covers when they come into your house. It doesn?t matter how many times they need to go in and out. That was much appreciated. <br /> They did a great job on cleaning up after themselves. <br /> We now have a nice light over the sink and an inviting gazebo to go to. Now if the weather would only cooperate. <br /> I would highly recommend them. <br />

Ryan is great to work with and checked all of our outlets to confirm if they were grounded, pointed out some concerns over our GFCI outlets that were not tripping correctly, and checked our smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. <br /> In addition to explaining the benefits of the GFCI and the concerns over the ones that were not working correctly, he also pointed <br /> out that we were missing a carbon monoxide detector in the vicinity of the furnace. I appreciated all of the feedback to help make our house safer. There was no pressure to use them for any of the work. We have used them previously and they do really nice work. The only thing that I hesitate about is their price can be a bit higher than others but they do offer discounts to angie's list members so that helped.

We first used Prime Time for the installation of a home theatre system. There were two employess who came out and they were both extremely educated and were willing to explain everything that they were doing. Their appearance was clean and professional. I was almost blown over backwards when they put on blue paper shoe covers so they wouldn't get any dirt or debris form their shoes on my floors or carpeting. If they had to go outside to the truck for something, they would come back in and put on new shoe covers. They explained everything before they left and gave us a tutorial on how to use our new system. They were also available to speak to when I was on my own with my new system and needed help. Their customer service and prices are outstanding! I have continued to use them for all my electrical needs and have never been disappointed.
