Fantastic service and expertise installing a rooftop 3 unit Mitsubishi HVAC system. Fanol was thorough, professional and educated me on AC choices + how my house is set up inside the walls. I worked with 2 other companies and neither of them knew what was wrong with the leaking previous units—Mode Mechanical immediately knew the wiring was messed up (2 air handlers had swapped cables) and were proved correct later during replacement. They went above and beyond at all steps, testing my refrigerant lines integrity for over an hour when they could have called the job done much sooner and gotten away with it. He also helped me figure out how to get a bulky system on my roof when it didn’t fit through the ceiling hatch! Would absolutely recommend Fanol if you want the job done right!!!

Noel did an outstanding job fixing my heating system. He was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how the system works, which I really appreciated. He came twice — first for diagnosis, then to replace the control board of my Mitsubishi heat pump — and handled everything very seriously. He even contacted Mitsubishi support on my behalf to check warranty coverage and make sure the repair was done properly. He also cleaned everything carefully and left the area in great condition. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work and time spent. Overall, excellent experience. Reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend Noel to anyone needing HVAC work.
