It was good. The house is a lot better. Their customer service was not so great. When I called to schedule, the guy was kind of rude. Otherwise, it was good. The price was good. They did an excellent job. They were not easy to talk to, but the people that came out were actually nice. I didn't know they were coming the day that they came. I didn't have to be home so that didn't matter, but it would have been nice to know that they were coming. I didn't have any idea that they were coming. He was totally rude. I tried to get a refund initially because of it.

It didn't go well. Mandy was the lady that came out. When she initially called, she said there would be two people and that it would be up to five hours of work. But when she showed up, it was just her. She said she had problems with her other person not showing up. She did the kitchen, living room, bathroom on the first floor. She left after about 3 1/2 to 4 hours and told me she would reschedule and be back to do the upstairs. I haven't heard from her since. She didn't come back to finish it and didn't bother to call. She was friendly and answered my questions very well.

Owner Gordon Lalonde (Mr. G) said he did repairs of older homes, was <br /> an "expert" on it and pointed out problems with exterior of house.  <br /> started job, has never finished it.  has possession of two <br /> authentic-to-period window shutters.  has taken last payment without <br /> finishing the work and will not return phone calls <br />

That housecleaning turned out well. Two housecleaners came out and they brought their own cleaning supplies. Their pricing for the service was fair.

The ladies were prompt and did a extraordinary job cleaning my place. I was and am extremely pleased and will use them again. <br />

Buyer Beware!!!  I reviewed this company after the second visit and I should have listened to my instincts.  To start with, my home is pretty much clean when they arrive to clean every two weeks.  Only myself and my husband live here, we have two dogs one who is an outdoor dog who may spend 3-4 hours in the evening in the house and the other an indoor dog.  I myself clean in between their visits.  It had started to come to my attention after the first 4-5 visits that there were thing that were not being attended to.  After awhile I started to check the work and there was always something not done or half done.  Scheduling was always a problem.  They were always running late and twice just didn't show up.   When I confronted the "owner" of the operation, Mandy, she got very defensive and said that her work should not have to be checked!!!  NOT!!!!  If I am paying for a service, I have every right to make sure I am getting the service I was promised.  I was promised 3-4 hours of cleaning, depending on how many people showed up.  Twice while I was at work my neighbor kept a watchful eye out for me and said they were not even there close to 3 hours.  Hence, the reason for the sloppy job. In addition, during one of their visits a piece of furniture was broken. It was denied by them but, it was fine when I left in the morning and broken when I returned that evening,  I know exactly what happened, one of Mandy's workers kneeled on it to wipe down the blinds (it was a chest that sat under the window) and she went right through it!!  Not repairable. They were the only ones in the house that day. Scheduling was always a problem, twice they were no shows, without a call.  The owner is a pleasant person and works hard, just doesn't work smart.  It looked to me as if she had taken on too much work and couldn't handle all of the commitments that she had made.  I was always hearing that they were running late, or wanted to come another day because they were still at another job.  If I called to change my date for cleaning due to a conflict on my end, Mandy would always accommodate me only to cancel or not show up on the agreed time. Also, I always paid them $20.00  more than the quoted price. BAD NEWS.  Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. <br />

An initial bumpy start with communication, but once we connected service was excellent! Mandy arrived on time and cleaned every surface in my kitchen and guest bathroom. She was nice enough to split my time over two separate days, as my bedroom and master bath had a significant amount of clutter that would not allow for cleaning to fit with the allotted time frame, and I got the same high quality of service on that day as well. I will definitely keep her in mind for future services. <br />

It was not very good.  I wish that they cleaned our hardwood and tile floors more thoroughly. Scheduling was fine.

I was proactively contacted to schedule the service which was much appreciated.  The two cleaners showed up early, brought  their own supplies, and got to work with very little guidance from me.  They worked solidly for the entire 3 hour period and did a very nice job overall.  The bathrooms, kitchen and floors were particluarly well cleaned - while it wasn't a deep clean of every nook and cranny, it was a very fair price for the service.  Recommended. <br />

It was wonderful.  They are good hard workers and they were on time.  They showed up when they were supposed to but I think it wasn't worth every penny of it.

It was fine. It wasn’t the best job, but they were fair. The floors were okay, but they could have dusted better.
