Nolan Painting

This is the second time I have used Nolan and their professionalism and responsiveness is amazing, along with the quality of work. I used to look for cheaper painters but after so many terrible experiences, I'm sticking with Nolan. From the estimators, to the office coordinator, crew leaders and crew members, they take pride in customer service!

Thoroughly pleased with the exterior work done, which included some wood trim patch work in addition to painting. From the estimate to doing the work, appreciated the professionalism, attentiveness and courtesy, which distinguished them from other competitively priced estimators. I particularly want to acknowledge the attention to detail in a return follow up that Carlos provided to complete a seamless finish to the repaired wood section of an exterior door frame.

Kevin, our Estimator, was involved throughout and made sure everything went smoothly. The crew was terrific and helpful in every way. They provided a color consultant and the painters provided valuable insight when the trim color we initially chose didn't quite look right when they started painting the trim, they took the time to let us know their thoughts and worked with us to get the perfect match. They also went above and beyond...When we lost power during one of the Summer storms, they offered to leave their generator and ample gasoline with us so we could at least keep our refrigerator running! Definitely will hire again!

Nolan does outstanding carpentry and painting. Everyone involved in our job was highly skilled, tidy, and professional. Declan is an experienced, meticulous cabinetmaker. You pay top dollar for Nolan -- theirs was the highest quote we saw -- but considering the quality, the value proposition is more than acceptable.

The team from Nolan was punctual and friendly. The did an excellent job and kept dust to a minimum and protected our carpets, floors and furniture. The end result looks fantastic.

Nolan always performs as expected. Very professional, no surprises.

Great people, great service!

I got his name out of a book they deliver to people with the top companies. It was not anyone that I knew. I was looking around and I saw these people and they were really highly rated. They were really good. They were neat, they were on time. I had some problems, but they worked it out. They did a gorgeous job. They weren?t cheap. This is a big company.  <br /> <br /> I had to get a couple of estimates. They come out first, they look at your house and then give you an estimate. He was the most impressive. I didn?t take him because he was the highest, the lowest or the middle price. I took him because of his presentation. 

I'm a fan of Nolan. They've done several different jobs for us.

Great! Nolan was on time, on budget, and their work is withstanding the elements. Easy to do business with, accommodating, and addressed all my concerns up front. The only blip was that there were a few spots that were missed in not-so-obvious places. I contacted the company and they were out the next day to correct the missed areas.

Could not be better. The painter arrived when scheduled, protected cabinets and surfaces, did a thorough preparation and painted skillfully.

The job went well and the house looks beautiful. The only minor glitch was that they broke the globe on our exterior porch light - a model that is discontinued and could not be easily replaced, and was a match for the one on the side porch. We were fairly compensated with no problem.

Nolan have to be amongst the best professionals that I have ever worked with over the years. They were always professional and arrived early every day and worked in a remarkably clean and high quality manner. They were very customer service oriented and constantly responded to our requests promptly. This was quite a large project, it took them about two weeks to complete due to changing weather conditions, and everything went perfectly.

They painted and that's it. They did the job. It was expensive.

It went very well. We didn't feel they were quite as good as our prior painter. Also we recommended them to our daughter who got in contact with them but ultimately they didn't respond in the time she needed.

These guys are great and very accommodating; when they say that all of their work will be done to your satisfaction, they mean it; any problem (to your eyes) is quickly remedied. Crew is professional, friendly, respectful, neat and everything else you'd want. House looks stunning and excellent warranty leaves you with even more piece of mind. As an added bonus, they sent us a "colorist" whose recommended color scheme proved to be excellent.

Nolan painting was very professional from start to finish. We received a quote quickly and they scheduled an appointment on the spot. The painter did a wonderful job and was very professional. We will be sure to use Nolan again for our future painting needs.

A+++ I can't say enough good things about Nolan and the team of professionals that I dealt with from start to finish. Business agent Rob Hancock stayed in touch with me throughout the process and although he said they didn't do stucco repairs he supplied me with the gentleman I did deal with and they were exceptional ( Keiran O'Grady & Seamus - Dan-Mayo stucco, Masonary, cement contractors ). Nolan team led by coordinator Connell and job manager Suzgo Banda were excellent and always timely and professional . However the real highlight was the professionalism showed by their employees, Juan Carlos and Randy. These two gentleman along with Suzgo went above and beyond even our wildest expectation. Showing up at 7 am covering and protecting all landscaping before starting these gentlemen sanded, scraped, powerwashed, masonry sealed all surfaces. Then painted what they could applying two coats on separate days in weeks one and two. The stucco guys came in on a Tuesday and worked on fixing the stucco over the next three days putting several coats on three main areas we needed replaced. Once done Nolans team came back in and are finishing up as I type. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting done inside or out as well as Dun-Mayo for reasonably priced stucco repairs. Also at the end of the job along with their survey they give each customer a $100 voucher towards their next paining project. Pretty awesome. As a footnote in our research we discovered Nolan's employees are given benefits and most have worked with them for 25 years or more. We think this is pretty amazing and as a union man helped make this decision easier.

I contacted Nolan after a previously engaged painter scratched on short notice. Nolan cqme the same day I called and issued an estimate that day. When I accepted it that day, Nolan started work the next day. Impressive! Nolan quoted two weeks for the job and, using a crew of 1-4 painters, they finished on time. Their prep was thorough, masking wood floors, patching drywall imperfections, and deglazing the trim. They sprayed the trim - three coats - then brushed and rolled the walls - two coats. Their cleanup was as thorough as their prep. The results look great.
