When I hired No Limit Cleaning to clean out a hoarder house, here is exactly what happened: They came every day until the job was done. They showed up when they said they would. They dusted, cleaned, carefully packed, and hauled everything worth keeping to storage, showing respect and empathy throughout the entire process.
