Cris never came back and completed job. I had to keep calling to see when he was coming. He would say they would come and not show up for days. His crew drank beer everyday on the job , they left trash and food containers in my planters . Very disrespectful of my property. He took my check for 4 thousand cashed it at a cash checking company. Would not give me a receipt. 3 weeks ago he said he would come and complete job and never showed up again. I guess I will need to follow up in small claims court. Beware of him wanting cash and I searched to late he has no license . I submitted a claim with the BBB.

Without a doubt the worst sod laying job of all time. The pictures I've attached show the state of the job after 2 months and about $100 of watering. I'm still trying to fill in the huge gaps they left and get the lawn to green up. I told Chris right after it was put down that I was worried about the large seams but he assured me they would fill in. This went on for about 4 weeks during which time he was going to fertilize and cut the grass, which he never did. I think in total there were 8 different times he said he would do this or that then just never showed up and almost never called to say there was a change in plan. Just last week he promised he would replace/repair the sod and assured me it would be done by the end of the week. He called, the day they were supposed to show up, and said the sod at the nursery didn't look healthy so he would order new sod and it would be two days at most. Never heard from him again. I hired this company because of the good reviews I found on them. Pretty convinced now they are made up reviews by friends of his, based on the job they did for me. As I said, the pictures show what I have after 2 months and almost $900 in expenses related to the job.

Cris came out in about 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and told me what needed to be done and would return as soon as we call him to install. Very professional!!!

Cris and his crew were professional and did an outstanding job. He contacted us right away after our inquiry, came out to give a quote, and finished the job a week or so later. They went above and beyond what we expected with the job and would highly recommend them.

Much more complex than originally planned due to roots infiltrating pvc conduit. Chris and his team got it done without damage and still honored their quoted price despite double the labor planned.
