The organization was great, and worked with us on an individual basis and charged us according to what we needed to have done. Most other companies quoted minimum requirements/cost to come out iregardless of how small the job. Despite fact that our job was relatively simple, No Pain Moving provided professional and very courteous service. I would definitely recommend the company and use them again.

I had an outstanding experience with this moving company, thanks to Bryant and Kris. They were incredibly fast—moving all my furniture in under 10 minutes—yet extremely careful and professional throughout the process. They took great care to protect my items and made sure not to damage the walls or surrounding areas. Their efficiency and attention to detail were top-notch. I highly recommend this company, and especially Kris and Bryant. They went above and beyond to make the move smooth and stress-free. No Pain Moving was exactly that, NO PAIN! Deangelo our mover was fantastic, on time and got the job done! We couldn’t have done it without him.

NO PAIN MOVING is just that “NO PAIN for the CUSTOMERS”‼️ First off, We were scheduled to begin moving at 8:00 on the dot. I went to pick someone up and I got back at 7:45am, they were sitting in the truck in front of my home patiently waiting for 8:00. I respect that on so many levels. The owner Eric is one of the most honest men I’ve ever worked with. NOTHING IN MY HOUSE WAS DAMAGED or MISSING. Not only did they load my furniture carefully, correctly & efficiently but they PROTECTED my furniture to the full extent. The absolute best customer service, Honest answers to all questions and SUPERB COMMUNICATION! Let’s not forget the fact that they started loading my items at 8:00am in Hampton, VA & by 1:00pm they were unloading the same items in Silver Spring, MD. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They moved my elderly mother 2 miles from a 2 bedroom apartment to a first floor storage unit. They did not listen to her requests about what she wanted at the front of the storage unit. They were rude - demanding payment through an uncommon faulty app BEFORE the move was complete. They threatened to take her belongings if she didn't pay them immediately. They left their truck unlocked and unattended. This 2 mile move into a storage unit with no stairs cost $2,400. They came to her house prior and provided a quote of $1,800-$2,400, but since they had moved her before for $900 (same exact belongings), we are assumed we would be on the lower end of that range. The price for the services rendered was unreasonable. Buyer Be Warned

<p>After signing the contract under duress, the movers (who did not pack a single box and did not have a large enough truck to move all of the furniture, moved the furniture to the new house dumping most of the boxes and furniture in the garage.  several very large pieces of furniture were left on the first floor of the house even though they had been instructed to move the furniture to the second floor (a roll top solid oak desk to be specific).  there was damage to furnishings and boxes.  a claim form was never given to be able to detail out the damages.  no follow up what so ever to check for damages was done by the mover.  using intimidation tactics the owner of the moving company showed up at the house at 8 pm at night demanding payment for the rest of the moving expense (the additional 3,000 that was added the day of the move).  Several fans were missing and a very special necklace was missing after the move.  </p> <p>this goes beyond unprofessional  taking advantage of a singe (widowed) female.  </p> <br />
