Norah's service performed as advertised. The property is a town home with 2 bedrooms on two levels and 2.5 baths. The team included Norah. Bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling. I have a dog and they worked around her satisfactorily. This big deal was worth the money. <br />

Nora was outstanding.  Immediately upon arrival she started in the bathroom.  I had a clog sink and they were able to unclog it and continue to service the remainder of my polace.  They didn't spend alot of time chatting about what needed to be done and that was refreshing to see.  I had gotten my carpets cleanned prior to her arrival and she was very careful not track dirt from the hallways back into my apartment.  Overall, her service was outstanding <br />

I have been customer of Norah's Cleaning since 2003. She has been very accommodating when changes in cleaning days are necessary. While work is always very well done, she also responds promptly to any problem brought to her attention. Her crew are always courteous and rates are very  reasonable. <br />

They did the work as promised, and I have no complaints.  They even came back to clean some areas that I expected them to do on the initial visit.  I would most likely use them again.

It was a very good experience.  Norah called within minutes of my buying to coupon.  It was very easy to set up a time and date for them to come.  They were punctual and did a great job cleaning the house.  <br />

Norah was very professional and was very accomodating/patient with our crazy schedule.  Her crew did a fantastic job cleaning our house and making it spic and span and ready to show.  The house looked fabulous when they were done! <br />

Not so hot from the beginning. I bought a coupon for $120 for $350 level cleaning. The cleaning I received was a basic cleaning, so very glad I did not pay full price. I talked to Norah about this and the next time they came, they worked the items that they missed the first time. However, they were careless and broke an item in my bathroom. Then I called Norah to discuss when their next visit should be and arranged for her to pick up key. I made sure I was home at the appropriate time and never heard from her again, to this day. I would not use her service again.

Did a good job. Nora is nice and easy to deal with. Always asking for feedback and if they are doing a good job. <br />

We chose Norah's cleaning service after reading reviews on the list.  <br /> We called Norah for an estimate and set a date for her to come to our home. She arrived on time and gave us an estimate. She was running a special for a deep clean on a town house, $150.00, which we thought was fair, so we set a date and time for Norah and her team to come to our home.   We emphasized that we wanted Norah to be here for the cleaning, since it would be the first time we were using her company, and we wanted someone here with whom we could communicate in English since our Spanish is poor.   <br /> Norah arrived on time, but her team of four did not.  We waited an hour for the cleaners to arrive, but Norah assured us that with four people cleaning, the job would not take very long.    <br /> Norah showed the cleaners around the house and explained our special requests. She then told us that she had to leave to check on another team and that she would return shortly.   <br /> After more than an hour(perhaps two hours), Norah had not returned,(again, she had assured us that she would be here during the job). My husband and I decided to take a look around the upstairs level  to see if anything needed redoing, and found several problems.   <br /> While some areas  were spotless, other areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all, (for instance a couple of our toilets and master bathroom sink).  We then noted that the paper tray for our printer had been broken off and there was an obvious attempt to hide the broken piece.   <br /> We had to call Norah to come back to our home to address some of these issues as she had never returned on her own.   She revealed to us that one of the maids was a trainee which, she said, accounted for the differences in levels of cleaning.   <br /> We feel that if a trainee was going to be on the job, we should have been so informed prior to the service and it should have been our choice whether we wanted that or not.  <br /> We showed Norah the broken printer tray and she was annoyed with her cleaners for not calling and telling her they had broken something. My husband offered to try to repair the item on his own and Norah did say she would take care of replacing the item if he could not fix it.    <br /> After three to four hours, and several redos of dirty areas, the house was finished.   <br /> Overall, the house was very clean, but we were unnecessarily aggravated by the entire experience, from the excessive lateness of the cleaning team to Norah's broken promise to be here during the entire cleaning job. We feel that if she had been here, several problems might have been avoided and the job might have been completed more quickly.   <br /> When my husband brought that issue to Norah's attention, she deftly changed the subject. <br />

Norah's Cleaning Service earned an A+ both times she cleaned my house. <br /> Weeks (over a month) ago Norah and her crew did a very deep clean of my house.  They did such a fine job that I booked them months ahead to clean  prior to my holiday guests arriving for a week's visit.  On the second appointment, I initially asked Norah to do a good (but not deep) cleaning.  However, a few days before our appointment, I called her to ask if she could provide additional crew members to do another deep clean.  Norah graciously agreed to add extra staff at the last minute and we agreed upon a fair price for the extra level of cleaing I rerquired. <br /> As on her first appointment for me, Norah walked with me through the house and carefully examined each room  to see what was needed.  She and I discussed where the house needed extra care and we settled on which areas I wanted her crew to cover.  Norah spent this time to evaluate what I wanted and what was needed.   This type of discussion is vital to ensure both she and I were in agreement on what the crew would do and what my expectations were.  I appreciated Norah's attention to detail and her honest evaluation of which rooms did not require extra attention.  In addition, Norah spent time with her crew, explaining what I wanted and how she wanted the work done.  Every person on the crew worked hard and delivered excellent results.   Norah takes pride in her work and monitored  the results carefully during and after the job. <br /> Both times that Norah and her crew cleaned my house, I couldn't have been more pleased with the results and with Norah's professionalism.  In the future, I know I will trust Norah and her crew to do an excellent job. <br /> Thanks, Norah and crew for delivering A+ results on both jobs. <br />

My house needed a really good deep cleaning and Norah came with a crew of three. I walked her through the house & she pointed out all the details to her crew. I had signed up under the $200 special but when she saw how much work it would require, she elevated the price .My house is large (three big floors) and I have 3 pets, 2 teenagers and a husband so I agreed because it needed it. They did an excellent job & the crew worked very hard scrubbing all the showers, tubs, floors, baseboards, etc. They used natural products & I could actually tell the difference in air quality afterwards. Norah came back at the end & walked all through the house checking their work. They even were mindful of not letting the pets get out the front door. I will use them again. <br />

I used the deal that they had on Angie’s List. I thought that they did an okay job because it was after a renovation that I had. They cleaned it but it still needed more cleaning after that; so I thought that they were fine and I don’t think they were great. I do think that they were a little bit pricey. I live in a small place; it’s only like a one bedroom apartment and it seems like a lot even for a deep cleaning.
