The service person who came checked out everything and attributed the noise to the door sticking due to lack of lubrication on the sides. After he had taken care of the problem he informed me on how to avoid difficulty in the future by telling me how and when to do future spray lubrication applications. I might also mention that the light bulb in the opener was burned out, and he replaced it without my requesting it. So appreciated, as it's not easy for an older lady like me to climb up on a ladder to change bulbs!

Norman Garage Door came, first thing, on the day after I called. They called before coming, arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, replaced the electronic eye, and charged a fair price. They were professional, competent and polite.

I called for an appointment and they game me a time that they would be here. He was actually here a little ahead of time. Apparently he was only a few streets over from us fixing someone's door. He came over and was very friendly and asked what we needed. Our garage door was not working properly from the car remote and we were having to get out and punch in the code to close the door. He went and looked at the sensors and cleaned off all of the cobwebs and stuff on and around the sensors. We then tried the door and it worked fine. I asked him how much I owed him and he said he would catch me next time I needed service. It may not have been much, but he could have charged me for a service call. Needless to say, I was very pleased and will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any work needed on a garage door. <br />

They responded right away. Within a day or two, they arrived, even accommodated my very tight schedule that day. Within 10-15 minutes, the tech had fixed some bad wiring. He would not accept payment. I have not had a problem with the door for some 3 months since then. <br />
