He did not fix cooktop. He was there about ten minutes

"First and foremost let's get the facts correct. Before I even started work on your range I told you "I do not repair appliances" but you assisted that I come and check it out, because you think it maybe it's an electrical issue inside your home. It took me about 30 mins to run test on both your electrical and range. The issue was found in your range, it was shorting out from improper installation and upkeep of the unit. You told me you'll purchase another cooktop for me to install, and also a hood vent because one was needed. I was at your home over 1hr, as I explained all your issues you showed to me. Also, I told you, you have two options 1) The price you've paid would be credited to your installation and removal of your old cooktop. 2) Or! Get a refund, and have appliance technician come out with parts to repair your cooktop. You choosen to purchase a new cooktop, but I haven't received any call (as stated by you) for installation for your cooktop."

Jason came on a Sunday afternoon and replaced the faucet within the time estimated. He was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He was able to quote other work as well during the visit and I would absolutely hire him again.

Great job. The only "hiccup" was a miscommunication in the appointment time. I thought the "5-7" meant he would be there at 5 and would take about 2 hours. The "5-7" actually meant the window of time in which he would arrive. It ended becoming a rather late night as he arrived at the very end of the time window. Other than that, the job was done very well and for an excellent price

Plumber arrived at 2:15pm on 1/16/17 and left at 2:30pm.(15 min's). No replacement was made. The bonnet nut was tightened by hand on inside faucet only. Since no faucet was replaced, a credit should have been given, due to part of the deal. This had been previously reported to Angies List on 1/19/17 with no reply.

Jason, the owner of Norman's Home Improvements arrived promptly on time, diagnosed the problem, and had the toilet performing in a short amount of time. He also gave me some tips on maintenance to keep the toilet performing well. I was very happy with the results. I had paid $39 for a 5-point toilet tune-up and paid an extra $50 to Jason as I was pleased with his work. I will definitely consider hiring Jason in the future for any maintenance needs that arise.
