They were hired to repair a 120V direct burial electrical cable which had an open circuit going to a yard outlet. The electrician came out, dug 5 holes all over the yard, then after about 4 hours he came to me and said he couldn't find the open circuit. What he did do was to dig up a totally unrelated 240V cable, cut it, stripped the wires back, and then buried it again without repairing it and didn't telling me about it. I only discovered his screw-up when I went to turn on my sprinkler system after he left and it didn't work for the first time in 30 years. I had to call in another company to fix their screw-up. These clown don't deserve an electrician license let alone be on Angi.

Norris did a great job repairing the exterior hanging chandelier outside my front door. It is 25 feet up and out of my reach. I could not have been happier with Norris.
