Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call.

Norris pools did an amazing job on my pool project.  I purchased a foreclosed home that had a pool with significant deferred maintenance.  When I purchased the home, the pool was green and had a pump and filter that barely worked.  I was very nervous about the expense of restoring the pool.  I first called Norris pools back in March and within a few days they promptly provided me with a free estimate.  Rather than upsell me, they told me how I could save money on the project.  Once the renovation of the home interior was complete, I called Norris Pools to begin the pool project.  Norris Pools began work when they told me they would come and did an amazing job.  The pool now has new plaster and looks like how a pool should look. I have received several compliments on the pool  The project stayed on budget as well.  And even though my home was outside their service area, Norris Pools contracted with another vendor in the area to provide pool service at a reasonable cost.  I am very pleased with the job that Norris Pools did on my project and would not hesitate to use them again.  I highly recommend their service.

We had an issue with the suction cleaner that we could not figure out how to solve.  It hadn't been working properly for two weeks and after having the pool builder and a pool cleaning guy come check it out, we simply had no idea what to do.  We had already taken the cleaner for repairs at a local pool equipment store and purchased new filter cartridges, without any luck.  My wife called Norris Pools and was greeted by Charlet, who was extremely nice and mentioned a few possible reasons for the problem.  She said that she would have to send someone to look it over in order to determine who to fix it. <br /> Bryan showed up just a few hours later to check on the issue (he wasn't able to get through to my wife on the phone, but came by anyways).  He had the problem solved in 10 minutes, and had a great deal of patience to explain how to properly set up my system, while giving me an overview of how it worked (much better than the "pool school" I had from the builder).  He took his time to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to, and gave me great tips on how to maintain the pool in better shape.  You can tell that Bryan has a thorough understanding of pools and he really cares about giving the customer a good experience.  I basically had a pool expert taking care of my pool as if it were his own, which is something I badly needed.  They'll definitely be the first ones to call if I ever need anything in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone in search for any pool servicing. <br />

Norris Pools has been maintaining our pool for approximately six months now and we couldn't be happier. Bryan is always on time and very knowledgeable about the chemistry and mechanics of pools and spas. I wanted a company that would look after my pool the way they would there own and I found that with Norris Pools. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone. <br />

They are absolutely wonderful.  They are extremely honest and they do not do anything that is unnecessary.  They also have really good communication with their customers.  I will definitely continue to use them.

Bryan has been cleaning my pool and doing minor maintenance work throughout summers. He is extremely responsive and very helpful nd would answer any questions before or after service. <br />

My pump motor failed over the weekend, called them Monday morning and it was completed that same day.  Very good job, complete with new motor and rebuilt pump, checked the chemicals, and made sure everything was good before leaving.  Very nice to deal with, easy communication, showed up on time, very professional and delivered as promised, highly recommended.

Brad came out on Saturday afternoon to trouble shoot the problem.  I suggested he wait until Monday, but he was concerned that the system would be down too long. He changed one card and said he be back on Monday just to check the system.  System suffered a second failure.  I called on Sunday to just make him aware of the issue and told him we could talk Monday.  He called back Sunday afternoon on his day off to make another plan.  Came by Monday and tested the pool water and added chemicals to keep the water to good condition until he could make the necessary repairs.  Came back on Tuesday and an hour later had everything working perfectly.  The whole time he was working he was teaching me ways to help me maintain my pool.  He also gave me tips of ways to save money on my chemicals.  Outstanding service. <br />

Everything went great, he helped me with what I needed and taught me some things about my pool that I hadn't known previously. <br />

They came by and got the pool in order, it was green. <br />
