They are professional from the person who takes my calls and schedules, to the technician who calls 10 minutes before he arrives and gets to work immediately. I have loved the carpets after being cleaned, they seem like brand new!

Very professional and affordable company. I have used them several times over the years for water extraction and restoration and they never disappoint! This is the only company I use for carpet cleaning as well, they do it right the first time, everytime.

Perfect! No matter what service I request the techs are courteous and on time. Mayhem waits for no one, when there is an emergency; water extraction in the middle of the night or on the weekends Nortex shows up and takes care of the challenge I am experiencing.

I can't tell you how happy I am not only with Heidi, but JD who came to my rescue. JD called ahead of time since he knew my situation ahead of time. He wanted to not only make sure my carpets were cleaned, but also sanitized (do to my situation ??) which I hadn't realized or requested, but was what needed to be done. Thank you guys so very much for coming out so quickly and doing an amazing job. JD even called to follow up after he was finished and made sure to let me know what was done in detail and what to expect when I arrived home.

I love these guys!! They are amazing local but will go where needed! Would 10 out of 10 use everytime!! Don't hire anyone else before you call them!
