I called, and sent pics, explained problem, gave model and serial number. He ordered part, came and installed, bada bing, bada bang, bada boom! Done. Works well. I will keep him in mind for electrical and handyman work. Very nice, no problems. He said the installer stripped where the hose connects to the washer. Said we were lucky it lasted so long and didn't flood--had developed a leak. We are back in business--so good to have our washer back! Try him, you will be pleased. Thanks, CM in SHV

service was amazing, and he had the part for the washing in his truck, he is well grasp, neat, groomed, his hair was nice looking, his truck was clean and tidy as well. Good Rating for the company all "A's", I would absolutely hire this company again.
