The team was great to work with! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the process, and made sure I understood how everything works. The installation went smoothly, and they were very respectful of my home—clean, organized, and on time. NC Water Consultants did a great job installing our new Watersoftner & Osmosis! Eddie was very knowledgeable about testing our water and all the equipment for the Watersoftner. All the workers were friendly and got the work done promptly. There wore the work booties over there shoes when entering the house and left the work area clean. I would highly recommend them!

We cannot recommend NC Water Consultants enough. Our water filtration, UV, RO, Nitrate and water softening systems were installed about 6 months ago, and we simply could not be happier. We’ve received so many compliments on how soft our water is and how good it tastes - especially coming from a well - people are shocked. NC water consultants came out and installed filtration equipment to save my parents well water which had had been yellow, fragrants and not drinkable for a month or two. We are happy with what they did and they have installed a reverse osmosis water for the kitchens drinking water. 5/5

My experience has been excellent from start to finish. I called for an assessment, which they came out and did free of charge. The owner, Eddie, came out and did the assessment himself. He let me watch as he conducted the tests, and showed me exactly what the results recommended. If it called for it, he recommended it. If it didn't, he marked it off the list. He didn't try to upsell me at all, he just gave me all the information to make sure my water came out perfect for the best price possible. Once I scheduled service, the company contacted me the day before, and the morning of, to make sure that we were still on track, and to let me know the exact time they would arrive. An entire team of men came to my house to get the job done as quickly as possible. Every single one of the men who came out was polite, professional, and took extra steps to make sure that my home stayed clean. NC Water Consultants and its Owner Eddie Bonge were of the highest quality and expertise!!! in our new home we have a new ground well bored on our property and upon moving in we noticed the water had a smell/odor that was bad and there was a white residue that remained when the water dried. We surmised we needed our water tested and NC Water Consultants had the best reviews in my research. Eddie and his team came out and tested the water and the results were very detailed and disclosed our water had major problems - even though expensive we had no choice but to have a water filtration/treatment system installed. Eddie and his Team were First-Class Plus. They (you could tell) knew what they were doing and our system was professionally installed. The water is outstanding!!! To do nothing would have not been healthy for us. I have owned multiple successful US and international businesses & companies and can be very critical when necessary - however they get all gold stars

North Carolina Water Consultants did a great job. Eddie came and tested the water, explained to us what we had. Our toilets had brown stains. Our Faucets had an odor to them. We had bacteria in our water. He showed what we needed to fix it. Sent a team of guys to install it all. Took them a day to do it. They explained everything to us. They cleaned up behind themselves. We also put a RO system in, so no more bottle water. We are very happy with it and highly recommend them.

Eddie and his team were great to work with. They explained everything in a way that I could understand and tested our water right on site during the initial meeting. When the guys came for installation day, you couldn't even tell there had been workers drilling holes and walking around our house. They cleaned up behind themselves which is unheard of. We are very happy with our new whole house filtration system including a reverse osmosis process in the kitchen which includes instant hot water. We got other quotes and we got a better system here than the competition offered at a reasonable price. They showed up on time for installation, the crew was super conscientious, they laid down plastic on the floors and were very polite. They did a great job with the installation, it took about 5 hours, and they made sure there was no leakage and that the pressure was good before they left. Water taste great and love the instant hot for tea and coffee. We would definitely recommend them to others.
