"As a small business with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and an Accredited member, customer service is our number one priority. So is our reputation which you have defamed. You called from a brochure that was left at your property. We sent you a contract in the mail with the price and description of the service. You asked us to call you in a week after you received it. When we called you the following week, you agreed on the price and the service. We made you aware that that since our season officially ended at the end of the week that we would be out the following day. We left you a bill at the door with our guarantee that if you were unhappy with the service for any reason, you could contact us within 1 week of the original service and we would reapply another service for no charge even if it was the next season. You ignored 6 months of bills and several attempts to contact you. Only when we sent you to collections did you call and say "I thought the service was only $50" and "the arborist was only there for 5 minutes so I'll pay you less than a third of what I owe you." When we informed you of the fact that we record all of our authorizations for this reason in particular (someone doesn't feel like paying for an agreed service) you changed your story to "I don't understand English well" and you were confused - even though you are obviously well spoken and intelligent. When you were informed that all of our trucks have a gps tracking system that shows in real time what time we arrived at your address, what time the truck door was open and closed, what time the pump was engaged and disengaged and how long he sprayed for, you again deflected and acted like you couldn't understand me. As an Accredited BBB member we would do anything to make our customers happy. What we will not do is allow someone to slander our good name or try to deceive us in order to not pay for a service that was agreed upon and clearly understood."

I was originally told the service would be performed on a Friday, but it was too windy so they ended up coming on the following Monday. The technician rang my doorbell and when I came to the door, he introduced himself and asked me to keep any pets inside for half an hour after he was gone, to be sure it had completely dried. I asked him why the service was a little more expensive than at my old home (with a different company) He told me that all the products he uses are safe for the environment, and because of that, are more expensive. I was happy to hear that I was keeping the planet healthy, but not happy about paying a little more... ha ha... Actually my old company never told me exactly what they were using, and were not able to reach the top of some of my trees. He proceded to spray all my trees, shrubs, and bushes. He also treated my lawn and foundation for insects. He said he was targeting lyme disease carrying ticks. The whole service only took him about 15 minutes for my 1 acre lot, and he seemed to soak everything really well. His truck had 4 large tanks on it, and they were attached to a hose that was able to spray all of my huge oak trees. I was glad he was able to do that because I definitely don't want any problems with any branches coming down. <br /> <br /> Overall it was pretty neat to see how the treatment was done. I was told they would contact me sometime around mid-summer to see if I wanted to have them do a summer treatment.

They call ahead of time and tell us when they are coming. They always come to the door to tell us know they're here. I've never had a problem with them. They are very courteous.

I THINK THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO, AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. THEY'VE DONE IT IN A VERY PLEASANT WAY. I HAVE NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY. I ASSUME THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. I DON'T SEE THEM. THEY DO IT WHEN I'M NOT HOME.

HE WILL GIVE YOU A RING TO TELL YOU THAT HE'LL SHOW UP MONDAY AND DOES JUST THAT. THERE ARE SO MANY COMPANIES OUT THERE, AND THE LAST PERSON WHO LIVED HERE USED HIM SO I HAVE IT DONE.
