Northeast Heating & Cooling

I hired northeast heating and cooling to replace my aging heating A/C system. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient. I couldn't be any happier with the work that was done in the house I would highly recommend them. Thank you Guy's for your hard work and dedication to get this system working amazing!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this one. I’d been dealing with an ongoing furnace problem for weeks and had a couple other companies come out but nobody could give me a straight answer or actually fix the issue. When Enea from Northeast Heating and Cooling showed up, he figured it out almost immediately. He was able to explain to me what was wrong in simple terms, fix the problem on the spot, and even made sure it won’t happen again. The technician was professional, thorough, and you could tell he actually knew what they were doing. After all the frustration I had before, their service was honestly a huge relief. Highly recommend them.

I had some work done earlier this year. The technician was young but extremely knowledgeable. Quick but methodical work and no corners were cut! It was a welcome changed to see someone take true pride in the work being done! Friendly , knowledgeable and clean, would highly recommend to anyone in the area .

Tom has been my go to HVAC expert for at least 10 years. He is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. I am a difficult customer who wants things done a certain way, whether I know what I am talking about or not. Tom either agrees with me or respectfully educates me and the job is completed better than I imagined.

I had some duct work done in my garage recently, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The crew showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and got right to work. You could tell they knew what they were doing. The ducts look great, the airflow is way better now, and they even cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated.
