Work was promised, an itemized list/contract of construction work was quoted to be $38,000. Extras were promised and total PAID by me can be substantiated with cancelled checks totaling $47,500. Minimal work was completed and the work that was actually done had to be RE-DONE by additional contractors that were hired after MIKE WELLINGTON no longer showed up to the job! All work his men performed was done so poorly that most of it had to be ripped out and reconstructed at an additional cost! This man is a rip off and con-artist and should be stricken from advertising again the the future, so not to harm any future homeowners!!

They started work dec1st. 2023. They came for maybe a week straight and then wouldn't come back. I would call him and he would say people are without heat and i am helping them, so i would give it a week and again he didn't show up. Called him again and he would say they were all sick. My sister scarlet would call and text him and then he would no longer reply. He would send his son weeks after and he would stay less than a hour and leave . Toilet , sink, shower was never installed. The floor tiles he put in cracked.. 5 of them cracked because the floor wasn't level. The shower base was installed wrong and had to be corrected by the new man i hired to finish the job.

Luke did a great job. I was worried when I saw how young he was, however, I was pleased when we talked and I found out he was very well versed for his age. He even offered to touch up a hole in my wall. The night prior my son came back from college and had a little too much fun and somehow put broke a hole into one of our walls. I pointed it out to Luke just to see if it would be hard to fix, instead he offered to fix it and was able to make it look brand new. Great indoor and outdoor work, he’s our family’s new go to.
