The service went very well. I've been dealing with the company for 4 years now and I was very demanding they were always there if I need them. They make me their top priority.

UPDATED 06/08/2017 <br /> Very expensive, but after about a month it failed. They came back out to fix it. Now a year later we had IRISH PLUMBING come out and correct their mistakes. IRISH PLUMBING for half the price installed a new station. Northern installed a new station without checking the check valves. The original station had been installed 7 years before when the home was new and had not been used. Northern, in neglecting to check the first check valve, which was broken, thus causing the second one to break. Northern charged $1800. IRISH PLUMBING charged $745 to replace the station and check valves. Northern was 2 years ago, BUT even though have a 5 year warranty my husband did not want them back out to our home. Not sure of the exact date

Ehh.  Took forever.  Never showed up when they said they would be there.  Had to have everything redone by another local plumber. <br />

I had an overall great experience with them. They cleanup their work and they do what they are supposed to do. If they had a question they came and asked us. They discussed things with my husband before they did anything. They were great. They were really good. They knew what they were doing. When they came they introduced themselves, went downstairs and showed us what they were going to do. If they had questions, they would ask and then after we talked then they would get with the main contractor.

They were very professional. They were very easy to talk to and they did not tough down to me. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.
