Aurora has been polite and professional despite my need to reschedule several times due to frequently changing repair and remodeling schedules. She showed up on time (great communication) with a team of two other cleaners (all wearing masks) and whipped through some seriously messy and neglected rooms very quickly and thoroughly, and also helped with organizing. I was very pleased with the thorough deep clean and professionalism of the whole team!

I was thrilled with the results of the work that Northern Lights performed for me. Aurora organized as she cleaned, and my place looked like a new apartment after she was done. She was very pleasant and seemed very happy to be helping me. We talked for a while and had a nice conversation while she worked, yet she was extremely quiet & respectful when I laid down for a nap. I am thrilled with the final results, and will hire Northern Lights again soon. Oh, and their rates are excellent! A+ !
