"Dear customer, 1.The coin you purchased was a Carson City Morgan dollar in a GSA case. The value of the year you purchased is the same whether the coin is in a case or out of a case. We do not charge less for coins that are out of those cases as the value is still the same. 2. When you purchased the coin at our register there is a sign that states all sales are final as we are in a market in which gold and silver prices change all the time. 3. No value was lost in the transaction you conducted. We will purchase either the raw coin or the GSA for $170 as long as they are still in uncirculated condition. Obviously we cannot purchase and sell coins for the same price as that is how a company makes a profit, but as you can see we are not trying to make a large profit from these coins.
