Dakota and his team are kind, professional, accommodating, communicative, and all around great to work with! They stained our home this summer and it came out lovely! Not only that, they were helpful and accommodating of our little guy's nap schedule which made the process even easier on our young family. Not only was this experience a 10/10, but I also reach out to Dakota whenever we have an issue because he is so well connected to quality professionals who can jump in on the projects that aren't under his own umbrella. He is a helpful resource no matter what pops up for us.

I needed someone to come clean up my parents driveway at the last minute and Dakota was here in less than an hour. He plowed their driveway and shoveled the walkway and did an exceptional job! Dakota is very professional and personable. Will definitely use Northern Oakes for any future needs.

Northern Oakes Property Management handled excavation for an electrical service upgrade at my house this past summer and did a solid job all around. Trenching was clean, depth and layout were on point, and they worked efficiently without tearing up more yard than necessary. No shortcuts, no nonsense. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly, and left the site in good shape for the next phase of work. Exactly what you want when coordinating trades. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Northern Oakes Property Management again or recommend them to other contractors needing reliable excavation work.
