Excellent service from the plumbing technician( Damien and his boss ) . He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Had a major plumbing issue at the house and called up Mr. Rooter. They sent someone out quicker than expected, which was a huge relief. The technician was super professional, walked me through exactly what was going on, and fixed it without trying to upsell a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Cleaned up after themselves before leaving, too. Fair pricing and solid service,will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing work.
