The experience was easy from start to finish. The NGR team was very responsive and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. The job went great. The quality is excellent and Joe and Mike really made an effort to meet and exceed our expectations. They worked with us patiently while we were deciding what we wanted to do. They kept the job site clean and made sure to protect everything while they painted. They also painted the inside of our cabinets, which doesn't usually occur with refacing. They addressed any quality issues quickly. We are already looking at another job for them.

Was selling my house and needed to update the feel of the kitchen cabinets. Joe was very helpful in suggestions on what he can do for us. Very professional and responsive in text and phone calls about the work being done. Would recommend to anyone needing replacement or refinishing work not only on kitchen cabinets but anything wood in you house.

Job went great, Joe and Mike prepped rooms with plastic coverings and taped floors and walls off where necessary to keep over spray off everything. All cabinet doors and hinges removed and holes filled in and sanded prior to spraying. New doors, hinges, and drawers with soft close hinges installed and look amazing! Crew was awesome and would highly recommend.
