Juan was wonderful! He gave me a quote within 2 days of contacting Angie’s. I hired him and he was here within a couple of days. He told me when he would come to do the job. He was going to be a little late and he actually called to let me know. Did a great job and even suggested ideas that were way better than mine. Can’t say enough about him, and would highly recommend him.

Outstanding job, highly recommend this company based on the quality of work, fair pricing, and speed from start to finish. I could not be more satisfied and plan to use their services again and again in the future.

Juan was great. Very responsive. Came and gave an estimate for windstorm damage to our garage roof which needed a new ridge vent and shingles. Set a day to do repairs, showed up on time and did a great job. Excellent clean up and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

On the day Juan and team were supposed to repair our siding they did not show up. NO CALL NO SHOW!! My wife waited all day, called the office but NO REPLY. The work is NOT done and now we are looking for another contractor. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

They did an excellent job. They called and came the same the day to give estimate then came over 2 days after to do the project.

Darwin was absolutely fantastic. We had 6 people quote the job. He was the only one who went onto the roof and also went into the attic to see the issues. The men who completed the job were extremely professional, clean, and courteous. I couldn’t be more happy with the job they did and I would strongly encourage anyone to use them

Three other companies previously came to look at our roof but only looked at it from the ground. For whatever reason, we never heard back. This company got on the roof right away and followed through till the job was finished. So thankful that a friend recommended Northland roofing. Roof looks great!

Antonio, start out well but did not provide a good working crew. A 3-4 day job ended being up a month. If you are looking for siding, stay away from this company. My grade for this company is a D -. The workmanship is horrible. Had to keep the call to get the job done.

I hired this company to repair a leak in our roof on our enclosed porch. They came out immediately and provided a fair estimate. During the course of the work, part of the roof collapsed and I could see the entire sky exposed. I was freaking out but they promptly repaired the roof and came back a day later to repair the ceiling and painted it as well as the walls that had water stains on them from the ceiling collapse at no extra charge. They did this repair on Christmas Eve, until it was all fixed and good as new. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer. We are pleased with their work and would hire them again in the future should the need arise.

Good work from what we can see. The only concern is a sharp/pointed roofing tool dropped to our front yard during the service. Thankfully no one was in front yard when it happened

If you're looking for an honest man, Antonio is the guy. He was very attentive to me and my concerns. Anyone that gets 5 stars from me deserves 6 stars. I am super particular. I had a leaky skylight. The other contractors I saw never even gave me an estimate to repair what I thought was a simple leak. Antonio laid it on the line. The 2 skylights needed to be replaced. It took me 1-2 months before I decided he was right. The plastic skylights were 32 years old and my neighbors had theirs replaced a number of years ago. When I figured the cost of the materials involved (former accountant) and the labor (4 men, 1 day) I realized the price was very reasonable. I've waited two months before writing this review so as to evaluate their work. Don't hesitate to hire Northland Roofing. Thank you Antonio.

Great response. Sent email as promised with estimate and even came back to redo a bit of the work to the ridge vent shingles. Sent me very detailed pictures; before and after, which was very very helpful because it was roof work that I could not have seen otherwise. Price was a bit high for what turns out to be about 10 hours of work, at most. I too run my own business so I know to include all the time taken for travel, estimates, communications, doing the work and invoicing, as the work itself only took a couple of hours. Overall, would definitely recommend.
