Very bad customer service. I was preparing my home for sale in early April 2022. Tom did a very poor job staining a deck, fixing window, and installing a basement rail. He has not returned to complete the work right to date. Would not hire him again.

"We did a lot of work on Genes house ? I cleaned out the floors and each room that was filled with furniture We emptied the garage of all the stuff and removed a big piano in the living room I have not worked so ho*** ** a house in years We scraped and painted the front pouch and stained the back deck and stairs The back deck needed a second coat of stain When I went the next day to apply the stain it rained So I could not stain it I was willing to still work there to get stuff fixed up"

Tom Newman and his crew did an excellent job! They worked tirelessly to complete the demo on time. Their work was professional, as was the clean-up. I'm so pleased with the crew's skills that I'm recommending North Star to my contractor for additional demo and framing projects.
