The service was fantastic. It was very comforting. It's like I knew him before I met him. He was a nice guy, work with my budget, and went the extra mile. He makes sure that I was satisfied with the service. Once I found someone good, I would plan to keep them, and I will keep on using their service. It was a great company.

It went pretty good. The customer service was good. I'm very happy and no compliance with the service. I would recommend them to anybody.

Great company

I experienced the leak early in June 2013 & being concerned that it would get worse I used the yellow pages (wasn't subscribed to Angie's list at that time) to find a roofer that I thought would do the job adequately & fairly. I picked James Shelton Roofing randomly & they promptly sent out an agent to evaluate & provide an estimate. Due to a vacation previously planned I had to wait until it was over before I could move forward with the job. Meanwhile during the 3 week vacation the leak was not problematic.The agent presented an estimate of $700.00 leading me to believe there was quite a bit of repair required so I unfortunately signed the estimate assuming the worst without additional estimates from other vendors (big mistake !!) They sent a worker out shortly thereafter. Turns out the job only required about 20 minutes of the workers time & a glob of caulk for which I was prompted to pay the $700.00. I took issue with the estimate to no avail so I paid it being told that they (James Shelton Roofing) typically charged a minimum of $500.00 to $700.00 for any job. <br /> In their defense & on the positive side the job was warranted for 1 year & the leak presumably fixed. In that regard you could say they accomplished what was expected & contracted for. Note that I made a lot of decision mistakes with this job that I won't make again !! <br />
