We are a family-owned and operated company, using only non toxic, environmentally safe products for all your carpet and upholstery needs. northwestraincleaning.com I was fortunate enough to learn from a master carpet cleaner and then open my own business in 2009. Before each job I prepare your rugs by going over it by hand and by machine. with citrus and spin brushes. I utilize a truck mounted steam system and draw on all of my experience for each and every job. My dedication to your satisfaction will be proven. With myself, Joe Nyer, performing every job guarantees you the results you deserve. Let me show you what quality and service is really all about! Best decision I made for home improvement. He arrived just a bit early, communicated clearly throughout the process, and left our wall-to-wall carpets looking and smelling exceptional! Joe's cleaning process seems unique...and highly effective with brushing, cleansing, water rinse/steam and extraction! Joe was fantastic! I so appreciated his polite initial call, how easy it was to schedule, and how he showed up on time to do the work. My husband was at the home while he worked, and he reported that Joe had great equipment and worked really hard the entire time he was there. I might add he owns the company and does the work himself. I have light carpeting that is on the older side. He did a great job at reviving it. He also followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. I would hire him again for sure. Highly recommend him.
