We have used NW Shine for gutter cleaning for the last 2 years and highly recommend them. This year, we also had them blow the roof off. Raymond did a phenomenal job, worked so hard, and was extremely thorough - even with the clean-up! He really seems to take pride in his work, and I felt that he cleaned our house with the same care he would his own. NW Shine's customer service, professionalism, and bid were simply top-notch. We really appreciated the amazing service and will definitely be calling them back yearly and recommending them to friends and neighbors.

I have used NW Shine 3 times and both times have gone well. My roof had a lot of moss on it. The first time they had to clean moss off the roof of my house and treat it. The second and third times they treated the roof and cleaned the gutters. The third time they switched to a new treatment solution that lasts two years, so it will be nice having to wait a little longer between treatments. Since they cleaned and treated my roof, I have not had any moss on it. Overall, I think their price is good and they are able to respond pretty quickly to service requests. This last time they were able to come out within a few days. I also like that they will send me annual service reminders.

We live on a sloping piece of property, with the majority of our windows being second story, and we have extensive landscaping around the house w/patios & decks, so logistically it is tricky, but NW Shine negotiated the obstacles, and did a superb job. The person doing the job was very professional. You would not have known there were here had it not been for sparkling windows and clean screens

Hired to clean my gutters, I assumed the cleaning would entail wiping down the outside of the gutters. After that did not happen, I carefully read description and yes the outside was not included, very disappointed. Honestly it took them 20 mins for $139 to clean the inside of gutters, I have no trees around my house, an easy clean obviously. Maybe next time go the extra 10 mins and wipe down the outside too.

"I apologize for any confusion. We did perform the exact work you requested and it was specifically detailed in writing what was included and what was not. We performed the work on Friday and you contacted us over the weekend cause you felt we should provide more free work because our guys were efficient. You said they did exactly what they were suppose to and you had no reason to complain. Pressure washing the exterior of your gutters is $119. We do not provide free services, nor should you assume or feel entitled to any free services from anyone. You threatened for us to contact you within a day on Sunday or otherwise. I personally contacted you as soon as I received the message on Sunday while caring for my kids to address this request. I offered to have one of our estimators take a look to see if it’s a quick job that we could include free but most likely would need soap and high pressure so we would most likely need to charge our normal pricing. You hung up cause you felt entitled to additional services for free. 100% sad that customers from time to time manipulate and put small business through this with a negative review."

We have used this company 5 times for cleaning gutters and applying moss preventative on our 2 story house and garage. They have always done a great job and are very pleasant to interact with. Their clean-up is so good that they often leave the area around the house looking better than when they arrived!

They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and they cleaned up everything leaving the premises immaculate, even neater than before they came. NW Shine did an amazing job on our roof, siding, patio and driveway and I would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors or friends. We were given a quote last July and we were unable to have the work performed. I contacted the company and asked if the quote could still be honored and yes, they did honor the quote. On the scheduled day, their two employees showed up 15 minutes early which was refreshing. When going over the quote, there was a misunderstanding on my wife's and my part. In addition to having our roof cleaned of moss, apply moss preventative as well as clean all downspouts, and gutters: we requested to have our house, back patio and driveway pressure washed. Henry went over with us on all the work we wanted to get done, gave us a new price and stated that he would stay until all the work we requested including the additional work was completed, even if it was as late as 6 pm. Now mind you they showed up at 10:45 in the morning. That is exactly what they did. They worked from 10:45 am until 6:30 pm without taking a lunch. I never have seen two men work as hard as they did and as seamless as they did. Henry and Edwin were so polite, thoughtful and wonderful to work with. Two of the best men you could have doing work for you.
