Chris Norton is both an excellent person AND painter. Over the past year, he's painted most of the rooms of our 4,000 square foot home. His work is second to none! I've found I don't have to purchase as much paint when I work with Chris, he's so good at his job that he knows how to apply paint evenly - ensuring maximum coverage in a clean exact way. He also keeps his workspace tidy - no messes during or after the job! (He paints so much, that you'll enjoy a stellar discount at Sherwin Williams too!) <br /> <br /> As for trustworthiness - he has the code to the house and we never worry about him being in the house alone or locking up when he leaves. <br /> <br /> If you are looking for a top notch painter with integrity, I wholeheartedly recommend Chris Norton.

Quite simply, Chris Norton is the best painter that we have employed. He was precise in his painting and did an outstanding job. He offered great advise regarding colors and style. He is extremely hard working and completed the job in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable and lower than some lesser quality painters. We will without hesitancy hire him again.

Don't remember the exact date of service but it's been over a year now. He did an excellent job. No messes, and perfect paint job and was able to do both rooms in one day. The only complaint we have is that one of the glass light fixtures above the bathroom vanity was chipped but no one told us that happened. We found out after he left. But it is not obvious so it was a minor detail plus those light fixtures are inexpensive to replace. I think they do a nice job. <br />

I was very happy with this company and he did a great job. He is going to come back and fix a couple of things and do some painting in the spring. I purchased an Angie's List big Deal for this service. I bought the paint. They were fast and good, but missed a few details. I will have them come back and fix those in the spring, too. It was nothing I was going to quibble about for the price. He did everything in one coat and it was fantastic. It was a good price and he was here all day. They had really good communication and he was here on the dot, so he was punctual.

We have written a review on Norton Painting before, but have to give them two thumbs up again! Chris does an excellent job, and you can't beat the price. He and his wife, Amber, are great! Of the many things we love about Norton Painting, we appreciate their trustworthiness. I have left Chris inside my house, outside my house, around my kids, alone, around all of my belongings and everything is as it should be. He does an excellent job, and works whatever kind of days and hours to get the job done. An honest and hardworking business!

I purchased the Angie's List deal for whole house exterior paint in Oct 2012, however was not able to have the work done until Aug 2013. Norton Painting was fully cooperative when I contacted them in May 2013 to complete the work and also accommodated scheduling the work based on other projects (roof/gutters). I selected and purchased the paint before the scheduled date, then the painters (Tim and a co-worker) arrived on time in the morning and completed the job in one day. I especially appreciated them doing two coats of paint without me specifically asking for them to do so, which showed Tim's professionalism and commitment to doing the job right. <br />

My house was in dire need of exterior repair work including soffits, fascia boards and in one location 8' x 10' wood panel siding. Chris performed all the repairs and painted the entire house. He did a phenomenal job. He was on time, on budget and even worked both Saturday and Sunday to complete the job. I spent time with him on both Saturday and Sunday. He is a great guy and really cares about doing the job right. He did some extra work like pressure washing our deck without having to be asked. He just thought it needed to be done. He matched the paint we wanted perfectly. The house looks awesome! I would highly recommend Chris and plan on using him going forward for all my painting needs. Amber, his wife and office manager was great as well. <br />

Since this was a "big deal" the company was booked for almost 6 months when I called to get on the schedule. However, they were very professional and the quality was great. I would definitely hire this company to do other painting work in my house. <br />

This is the second time we've had Chris work for us. His painting skill is superb and he wastes no time in getting the work done. We had anticipated this job taking at least 2 days since there were areas which needed spackling and sanding, and since we had chosen a 3-color paint selection for the walls. He came promptly at 9:00 a.m. and worked until after 5:00 p.m. He left the room immaculate--no paint drips or clean-up work for us. His price was extremely reasonable, and we will certainly use his services again whenever we need another room painted. <br />
