It was awful. Thy sent me a guy who said he'd take care of the job in four days it took seven. I can't go into all the details but it was overpriced and not worth it. I could have done the work myself quicker and cheaper. I will say that once they realized they sent someone awful they responded well and gave me a discount. <br />

They were fantastic. They listen & were careful w/ my elderly disabled father's apt., and when there were problems, they coped without complaining. They had to deal with a completely different installation, a shock to us because it was the same bldg. Different wall materials, layout, etc. They helped us find solutions even apologized when they could not find a way in one room but had several suggestions for needed materials. They will get the job when I am ready to fix that room. <br />

Went very well. This work required patience and ability to adapt and update very old lighting. Fixtures dated from early 1900's.. All work was done with safety in mind. I am very pleased with that work. I will definitely use them again. <br />

owner/main handyman seems to be "nice enough" guy, but promised to move me in and set me up in one smooth transition. instead, dumped me here in a sea of boxes and damaged tv and then claimed to go on vacation & never called back. also is not clear about what he is charging you for, and everythings "no problem" until it is a huge one.

My contractor wasJesse who was professional and personable from the start. He was knowledgeable about my project and had several ideas to make it even better. When he ran into snags, he rethought things and did them differently but project still went great. He was thorough and did an excellent job. He was also honest and understood I had a budget and very willing to work with me. I was impressed. <br />

I texted Notjusthandymen.Com, they answered promptly, told me who would be coming to do job and then that person, Jesse called and setup a time to come in. He came and did the entire job on the very day of my first contact with them! <br /> <br />Jesse installed 2 window air conditioners and also went to the store to pick one up for me since I couldn't. He did an excellent, thorough job. He was on time and a very nice man. He worked hard, made sure the jobs were done properly and cleaned up. He will definitely be the first person I call the next time I need a job done around the home. Highly recommended!!!! <br /> <br />

The work was very well done. I thought the price was a little high but I needed the work done ASAP because the new tenants were anxious to move in right away. I might use Chris in the future but I would have to get other estimates to compare. <br />

I was not sure of where best place was to hang paintings and mirrors .Factors to be considered in making the decisions are the surface and composition of sites,lighting near site ,if is a wall attached to another room or attached to outside wall and weather related factors.Placement is determined by personal tastes but there are practical and architectural considerations I failed to appreciate until he shared them with me.Tom was able to inform me of all factors to be considered and guide me .He was not pushy nor did i feel uncomfortable by my lack of knowing the ins and outs of such a job. I was not rushed and the final placement was the very image i had hoped to achieve in my apt. <br />
