I started wanting to resurface my concrete front steps and walkway. Mark Jones convinced me that pavers were a better option. Days after the install by Joel Jones and team, the pavers came loose. After 3 attempts over 4 months they were unable to stop the pavers from coming loose. They decided the pavers needed to be removed because they were unsafe. They have refused to provide a refund. Attached photos are of loose pavers and how they left my front steps and walkway after they decided the pavers needed to be removed because they were unsafe.

Joel did the estimate and gave us a tentative date. The weather was horrible so he had to slip us a week. Unavoidable. When they showed up, they went right to it and didn't stop. The work is superb and the price was great. They were friendly, professional and really top notch. We appreciated their experience and their care and caution with fencing, bushes, etc. Definitely would hire again!

We chose Nova Paving after talking to a few different companies. Some time went by, but they remembered us and got us on the schedule fairly quickly a few years later. The work looks good, just as described by Joel. Other consumers may want to know: Be sure to read the contract when you commit, as there is a fee for paying with a credit card. There is also an annual sealing required to maintain the warranty.

The 5-man crew, including 2 of the owner's sons, was outstanding. In addition, Mark (owner) who oversaw the entire project, was a pleasure to chat with while the job was getting done. The crew worked very well together and were extremely cordial. The finished product looks great. Pricing was quite competitive. You can't go wrong with this company.

It went great! Joel came out to my property to do an estimate right away, gave me an amazing price and was able to pour over my existing driveway and then run a new driveway all the way to the bottom of my property to my Detached Garage. The crews were very professional, the owners were involved in the paving process and they even ended up paving an extra area that was not a part of the original agreement with the leftover asphalt they had. I already recommended them to a neighbor as well as a colleague of mine. They are very reasonable, easy to deal with and kept everything very simple. I will definitely call them to reseal the driveway as the years go on.

Contacted several well reviewed and recommended companies. Nova was the only company that listened to my requirements and got the complete estimate correct the first time which was sent to me within a few hours. Mark, the owner, was up front about possible issues that could delay and increase costs, providing a specific example. Answered all my questions. Got me on their work schedule in a very timely Nova represents what is best about hiring a family owned business. I highly recommend Mark and his company. Asked them to return and seal the driveway since I was so satisfied with the driveways. Arrived on time. Completed the work in a timely manner. Another fine job.

One word "awesome". You don't get this level of face to face interaction from many contractors. This is a small family owned and operated business so they rely on satisfied customers to stay in business. They went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with their work and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. I'm glad small family owned and operated businesses still exist. The big box hardware stores killed the Mom-N-Pop hardware stores but at lease some small businesses still survive.

Nova was very prompt, the first ones, actually, to respond to my initial request message, and gave me N initial range, based on my pictures and description. He came the next day to give me an actual estimate, we agreed, and it was completed in two days. The end result was exactly what we were hoping for. They were very good about checking on drainage due to some difficult slope. Top notch, fair, and great to work with.

We were very satisfied with their punctuality and service. The job was completed in less than a day and our driveway is not small. They were very informative in what to expect and what was expected of us. Excellent warranty option!! The price? Let's just say it was very reasonable. I was unable to find a better price and I looked. The finished product made an incredible difference in the look of the exterior of our house. Highly recommend.

Great.. I would personally recommend NOVA PAVING . When I contacted them and spoke to Joel personally before he came out to take a look at my driveway he was very curtious and answerd all my questions ....when he came out it was so refreshing to deal with the owner and the actual person that was out there to install my driveway. He took his time and explained me and walked me through my driveway. He was the only one who said to me..about removing the asphalt to my garage to fix the base under the driveway cause it was hollow sure enough it was. His experience shows, that's integrity for you . Him and his crew was very polite and neat. My property was actually cleaner after they left then before I had the work done.. The driveway turned out beautiful. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.
