Everything went extremely well. Beginning with a very reasonable quote for the job to the conclusion which included a followup inspection! Ron was knowledgeable and informative which gave me the option of making an informed decision on type of treatment. From my first contact with Ron I knew I was in good hands and will recommend Nova Pest Services to anyone in need of their expertise!

Job went well, I no longer have a rat problem and Ron is very pleasant to talk to.

It didn't work out well at all. He never came back again and never answered the phone again. It was pretty sad. The guy did come back, but he did not live up to the contract, and it was very expensive. I would say I would not refer him to somebody again. He charged us like $700. They brought a bunch of traps, which I could have brought myself. I was pretty naive about what to do. He didn't respond very quickly to some things. We went on vacation and I expected him to come and do some stuff. What happened was that my neighbor had some problems with his fruit trees. He cut down all of his fruit trees because the rats got into his roof. I had a loquat tree that came into bloom and I had a lot of rats everywhere, and even in the house. He came, but he didn't come with the traps in an effective amount of time. Then I had to keep calling him to get him to come out. It was very expensive almost $700. My neighbor did it himself and went to buy his on traps, bait and didn't even spend $150. I feel like because I was naive, I really gotten taken. I could have done all of this myself. If I would have talked to my neighbor first and told him about the problem, he could have helped me and I could have brought my own traps and bait. It doesn't take a genius to put traps out. I mostly hired him because  I was really concerned about the rats getting in the house. They was setting up housekeeping in my closets and several other areas. We did put some stuff down, the sticky paper didn't work at all. All in all I pretty much did resolve the rats, but right now I think the baits all gone and I really need to re bait. I will get together with my neighbor and find out what bait I really need. As far as in the house I haven't had recent sign of rats. I just do not feel like it was worth what they charged. I just was not happy. It's interesting he didn't even put down or check the rats, and that's the main reason he was hired. We did get rid of the rats. I don't think he followed up enough with replacement of the food and stuff like that. I'm pretty sure if I had fruit the rats would be back. I thought he was a very weak communicator. I think that was part of the problem we were having with him. I would say that he should call and interact more with the client. If he says he going to do something on a certain day, he should be there to do it. He he comes out and do something, he need to make it known. If he had not made excuses for coming out while I was gone, it would have been different. If was more based on poor communication and lack of follow through.

Everything was performed as promised. Ron, who took care of the problem, is very knowledgeable and understanding of your concerns. I am not sharing the cost paid only because it may not apply to other customers' situation. However, I got the best deal price and warranty wise compare to other service providers. I was very happy with their services, and definitely recommend using them.

Ron from Nova was on time, patiently explained what was being done, how it would work, and why it was needed. Our rat problem is improving and we're very pleased!

Ron is always very responsive to all of my needs. We had initially called him out for some ant issues and he not only took care of the ant problems he helped set us up with preventative maintenance so they don't come back. He was so responsive and effective that we also had him perform ant service and termite repairs on our rental property. Mind you that property was far away but he still made sure to be a one-stop pest and rodent shop for my family. We have since referred him to many others who are all pleased with not only his quality of work but his great personality. We now have him do regular ant preventative maintenance, and have him do the natural rodent and bed bug repellents too. With so many people I know of tracking bed bugs around lately I didn't want to be on the wrong side of that and so far so good! My family loves Ron and will continue to use him for every pest control need we have.
