WE DO NOT DO SANDBLASTING!!! Novelli Services is here to serve you! With over 7 years of experience and knowledge we can deliver top tier results for the right price. WE DO NOT DO SANDBLASTING or roof cleaning. We specialize in house washing and driveways. We also offer commercial services such as gas stations condominiums and small apartments no larger than 3 stories. We are insured as well and have all of our equipment checked and maintained daily to ensure a quality and safe clean. We may not be the lowest price but you will always get a flawless result. We DO NOT DO DEOXIDATION. Deoxidation is the layer of black residue that is left over after you have cleaned the moss, mold or mildew. This cannot be sprayed off with normal house cleaning soap and requires a much more abrasive chemical. If you have any questions about that we’d be happy to answer. We look forward to serving you!

Powerwashing
Novelli Pressure Washing did a very mediocre job. There are still many dirty or streaked spots on the siding. I let Devin know and he said he would come back and touch up all the spots plus clean several outside windows which had a film on them. He never returned and did not let me know. Also in quoting the job, I wanted the interior windows cleaned and let him know that some were double windows that go up and down. He only wiped down the inner most pane.
I will not use Novelli again and cannot recommend his service since he did not follow through with completing the job.

Devin came out to my mother-in-law’s house to pressure wash the house and garage. He did a great job, was polite and easy to work with. When we used Angie’s list to search for a company we were contacted within 5 minutes. They are highly rated as they should be! Would definitely use again!

Novelli showed up and provided a price at the start of the project. He got right to work and used some chemicals on the toughest parts and pressure washed the whole driveway and my walkway. It took 6 hours to complete and he did a thorough job. The driveway had not been cleaned since it was poured in 2007 and the difference between when he started and how it look now is night and day. The driveway looks like it is new and provides curb appeal to the house. I will use him again if I need any long or difficult pressure washing jobs. Recommend to anyone that needs an excellent pressure washing job.
