The technician was very professional and respectful of my home by removing and/or covering his shoes as needed. He kept me informed about his progress and issues he found as he continued his work. The furnace is very old, so he conducted research, determined the problem, got the needed parts and completed the job for a reasonable cost. I would definitely use his services again. 5 stars!

Great Service! This property has a hot water boiler for heat. The serviceman arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem and replaced the part not working, along with bleeding the radiators. We are very pleased and will use NSB for future service.

Marvin was the technician and he was personable, knowledgeable, timely and resourceful about other work I needed done. He went above and beyond my expectations and made me grateful that I chose NSB! I highly recommend NSB and feel I have an ongoing friend in HVAC servicing!!!

It was excellent, he arrived on time and resolved the problem. He confirmed it was cooling and cleaned and did a check up too. I am returning the portable air conditioner I thought I would need this summer. If you need you AC fixed right the first time. Call this company! Mr Wooten is the best.

After scheduling an appointment with Marvin from NSB he showed up on the day that was promised and was on time. Once he arrived he waisted no time and crawled underneath my home to address the situation. After his evaluation he assured me that he would get the job done, he had given me a sense of relief, then he jumped into action and before I knew it I had air flowing evenly throughout all my floor vents and running water throughout my home. I was very impressed with Marvin not only is he a super nice guy but a real professional who knows his stuff! He also did a great job of cleaning up after he had finished, the yard around my home never looked so good! If and when I may need service work done I'll be sure to call on Marvin. Marvin was excellent and very reasonable. He loves what he does and it shows in his quality of work. My furnace ignitor stopped and he was up for the challenge. Knowing I had an older furnace, he rose to the challenge and was able to determine what caused my issues. He worked with me to get the parts and came back when they arrived. I can’t tell you how great he was and I will highly recommend him to any and everyone. Thank you Marvin for getting my family right and for being not only the nicest technician I've had in a really long time. He gives the level of service that you don't get with big companies and for that, I'm truly grateful.

Extremely well. Mr. Wooten answered all my questions, correctly diagnosed the problem, and gave me advice for helping the furnace professionally. He even stayed a while to make sure the furnace was working properly. All in all, he was a knowledgeable, professional worker. I HIGHLY recommend him to customers needing work on their heating systems.

The Tech was very knowledgeable and persistent. He tracked down the immediate problem, and others that occurred. His pleasant personality and determination to make sure that all was functioning perfectly was very comforting. Would definitely hire for any future maintenance and/or problem with the boiler.

Excellent. Mr Wooten diagnosed the problem with a verbal conversation. He arrived promptly at the agreed time. Had the equipment used to diagnose the problem. And within an hour and a half he had my ac unit blowing out cold air. Excellent service. I will inform my friends and family of your service. Thank you

Mr. Marvin is awesome he is very professional and knowledgeable. He gets right to the job and looks into what needs to be done and gives an honest diagnosis and tells what needs to be done. He also is very prompt and does not leave until the job is done. I would give him 10 stars if I could and definitely use him again and recommend him to all family and friends.
